It was at the beginning of our search and we were nowhere near ready to buy anything. Our second contact was with Scott Brunner (a week later) because Chris was on vacation. Scott was also very knowledgeable and great to work with. Scott completed the sale of our CRV and was the person we have dealt with most. There is absolutely nothing bad I could say about his performance both before and after the sale. He has been GREAT. There was a little confusion about the total cost of the car and additional services purchased but that worked out to our satisfaction and did not cause a problem. Neither Chris or Scott were involved in that. More

As they researched the issue they realized that another step had to be taken and a decision had to be made from Honda Manufacturing. They were able to get everything straightened out and the recall fixed for me. From the time I entered the building to the time I left all the employees I had come in contact with were very pleasant. The service bay was one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Very clean and very professional!! More

Recall notice repair I received a recall notice in the mail about a month ago for my 2013 Honda Accord. I am such a procrastinator that it was just last week that I calle I received a recall notice in the mail about a month ago for my 2013 Honda Accord. I am such a procrastinator that it was just last week that I called to schedule my appointment. I'm sorry I didn't write down the name of the employee that made the appointment for me because he was very professional and pleasant and was able to schedule me for yesterday, just a few days after I called. I received a couple email reminders of my appointment with the opportunity to reschedule if I needed to. The letter I had received in the mail stated the repair would take about a half hour to complete. The reminder emails jumped it up to an hour and a half. I brought a book with me to pass the time. When I arrived, I was greeted by someone right away and she went out to bring my car into the service bay. When she did that another employee, my "service advisor" I think he was called, immediately waved me over and took necessary info from me. He explained they were doing a temporary fix and that I would receive another letter probably in 2018 that will advise me when Honda has the permanent fix ready and to come back and run through this process again. He offered me water, coffee, a place to watch tv or read or do whatever I wanted while I waited for the repair. I told him I needed to get a battery for my key fob and he sent me in the right direction. Being the directionally challenged person I am, this was not as easy as it sounds. When I did get to the parts desk, the young man took my fob, went and got the battery and installed it without me even asking him to. Not only directionally challenged but ignorant about even small projects, this was extremely helpful and appreciated. I sat down for what I thought was going to be "forever" and was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle was ready after only 35 minutes or so. My car was parked outside, backed into the spot so I could easily pull out of somewhat of a tight spot with a lot of cars coming and going. As I am getting onto the highway I noticed a black object on the floor of the car on the passenger side. As soon as I could check it out, I discovered it was a windshield wiper for the passenger side. Since I have had the car for four years I have only replaced the driver side windshield wiper. I was in disbelief that they had actually check d the wipers AND replaced one at no charge!! I say disbelief but I really mean pleasantly surprised. Did I mention that as I was talking to my "service advisor" I noticed how clean the floors were (the whole place actually) and there was a guy washing the floors in the service bay area. I was totally impressed by this whole trip to Jeff Wyler in Florence and am actually looking forward to my return trip next year. More

They are rude and they LIE! I scheduled to Test drive a Civic Si and was told to ask for the manager Dan. When I went in I was greeted by a very rude Justin who told me that beca I scheduled to Test drive a Civic Si and was told to ask for the manager Dan. When I went in I was greeted by a very rude Justin who told me that because the Si is selling for about 2k above MSRP(That was a lie), that they wanted very limited miles on them and I they generally do not allow test drives. WHAT? I told him that the person I made the appointment with on the phone never mentioned anything like that. After leaving me in the showroom for about 20 minutes, he comes out (still with his attitude) and tells me to "Come on". He let me drive about a half mile down the road and then told me where to turn to come back to the dealership. I told him I wanted to Test drive a Civic EX to get a feel for that also. He said that was fine and when we got back he went into the dealership and left me standing outside and never came back out. When I went in he was helping someone else in an office and told me to "Go talk to someone out front". Ryan took me on my second test drive and was much more friendly and easy to work with. The second test drive went well. I received an e-mail the next morning from Tom that I talked to that made my appointment asking how the experience was. I emailed him back and told him about how rudely I was treated by Justin. He has now emailed me back and wants me to take my business to another dealership. When I told him I was confused about why they would treat me like this for complaining he said that he was told I was driving the cars rough and that Justin told me to turn around because of my driving. This is totally FALSE! If this was true, then why would they let me go on a second test drive? Also, why did Justin lie about the Si selling for higher than sticker price? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More
