I had the distinct pleasure of setting up an appointment with Shawn McGreevy at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. After having visited multiple other dealerships earlier in the week, I was beginning to feel disheartened, but Shawn turned that right back around and impressed me with his eager smile and friendly attitude. I already had something in mind - a newer used CRV model, and he had two cars to show me. The latter one was advertised on their website but was "in the back," so to speak. Regardless, Shawn pulled it up, had me take it for a test-drive, and I knew I had found my vehicle. After some negotiations and fair pricing, we settled on a price. I had some work commitments to attend to, so I opted to pick the vehicle up later since it hadn't properly been cleaned out. My only negative part of this experience was that upon my return, the seats still had some superficial stains on them from the previous owner, which the personnel at the dealership failed to clean on two occasions. At this point, I decided to take the car home and deal with it myself. Shawn wasn't there the day I picked it up but called me two days later to follow up. I told him I was dissatisfied with the car's cleanliness, and he quickly jumped into action to remedy the situation. The next day he arrived at my house with a rental car and took my CRV to a professional fabric cleaners to have it tended to. The car was returned the following day in a much-improved condition, and the rental car served me well for the day. It is rare to find someone as dedicated and genuine as Shawn in sales. I often found myself walking out of a dealership because I felt bullied into making a decision, yet this was not the case with Shawn. He never pushed hard and always asked the right questions. He's a one-of-a-kind salesman that I recommend highly. My CRV continues to handle well one month later and I'm happy I ended up at Jeff Wyler in Florence. Thanks, Shawn!!! More

In the past I have purchased them for her, but this time she wanted to pick out her own color and type of vehicle. She had in her mind she wanted a CRV. We were cordially greeted by a young woman named Carry Brady who seemed very knowledgeable of the product she was helping us with. My picked out the CRV she wanted and after a few hours of mulling it over and getting a decent trade-in value for her 2009 Accord which we did purchase at Jeff Wyler in Florence in 2009. We had a good experience with this lease and everyone especially Carry made our visit very pleasant! We've been sold on Honda's for a long time and the overall experience was great! Ron Yelton More
