It is easy to make an appointment, I am greeted within minutes of pulling into their service department, many times my car is ready sooner than the original time estimated, they have a very nice waiting area - plenty of tables, chairs, wifi, TV and newspapers as well as having hot coffee and cold waters available and they have a shuttle service which has even brought me home if the service was going to be fairly long. Something else about their service department -- it is always as clean as a whistle! Everything is in its place, the floors look like they have been swept and/or washed 5 minutes before I walked on them. I genuinely appreciate this. This signals to me that they care about their workspace as well as making it nice for their customers. More

The price I paid with the gap insurance, trade-in, and cash was more than the internet price. More
