We have always had a relaxing, trustworthy relationship. He has always offered a fair price and we have always received fantastic automobiles. I have passed the buying experiences on to all of my daughters and they too have had nothing but amazing results with Mike and his staff. One daughter has purchased her last 3 automobiles through Mike and I have twin Daughters who recently graduated Nursing school. They needed dependable transportation at a fair price, Once again, Mike and his team, specifically, Eric Simpson and Jeff O'Hara were nothing short of amazing. My family always feels comfortable dealing with all of them. There is never any pressure and all go above and beyond to ensure our experiences are as pleasant as possible. This review is a long time coming and I hope that these 3, as well as other that have assisted throughout the years, somehow get recognized. We wont go anywhere else. More
Odyssey Power Steering Issue Not Addressed Let me start with this...I have owned 5 Honda vehicles over the past 20 years and would consider myself a fan due to Honda's overall quality. 3 of th Let me start with this...I have owned 5 Honda vehicles over the past 20 years and would consider myself a fan due to Honda's overall quality. 3 of these vehicles have been purchased from Jeff Wyler (Odyssey, Accord and Civic). Wyler has serviced all three of the aforementioned vehicles from time to time and for the most part, I have been satisfied with the result. Price of service and/or efficiency is not their strong suite, but I understood this from the get go. If I had a couple of hours for an oil change or needed a diagnosis ran, I would take it to Wyler in hopes of having Honda Certified tech take a look at it. I am entrusting them to do the right thing and want to feel that the extra time it takes and the additional money I am spending (as opposed to other garages I have priced) will help keep the car safe and reliable. With that said, here is the reason for my low rating. We have a 2008 Odyssey that, in the past, was serviced by Jeff Wyler. From around 2010 forward, I have made them aware of the power steering issues...whirring noise and hard to turn at low speeds. There were several discussions about Pilots and Odysseys having some deficiencies (faulty fluid reservoir, O-ring allowing air into the system, weak pump etc.). I asked about recall or warranty to remedy these deficiencies and nothing was offered at the 2010 visit. With the issue being intermittent, we just dealt with it, but made them aware again in 2014 that there is still an issue that needs to be addressed...actually hit a guard rail because the power steering went out for a brief second around a turn at a slow speed. The recommendation was to have the power steering fluid flushed...we took it elsewhere due to price. So fast forward to this past year...the car is taken in for service and we were told that Honda extended the power steering warranty due to factors described above. However, we are now over on mileage and it no longer applies. I asked why where we not notified and why was this not fixed during our previous visits when it was under warranty. I was encouraged to call Honda's Customer Care. So I called customer care...Crystal at Honda Corp. said they rely on service records from the dealership and will work with Tony at the dealership to see what can be done to remedy the issues. After much back and forth, she stated that Wyler is not going to do anything to help. She said my records had been purged from their system and even though she can match up the dates of service with what I stated, that no other information is available. (Lesson learned on my end...KEEP YOUR SERVICE RECORDS). She said Tony is not willing to help whatsoever...I told her that we were going to have timing belt fixed and that I would pay for the powering steering parts if they would just fix it along with the other $2500 of recommended work. The answer she received from Tony was "NO". She said she was surprised as well but that Honda Corporate would send me a gift card to put toward parts and or service. She said the only thing she could recommend at this point is to take it elsewhere for repair. The bottom line is this, the power steering is a known issue otherwise Honda would not have extended the warranty. Why Jeff Wyler Service refuses to acknowledge or address it blows me away. If you take your vehicle to Wyler Honda in Florence, KY for service, please make sure that you have every single item well documented and keep ALL of your service records because you may be at risk of having your records purged on their end. Mind boggling. More

Defroster/Heating system not working on 2015 CRV We’ve been experiencing temperatures ranging from -2 to 20 degrees for the past two weeks and the blower motor and heating system on my 2015 CRV will We’ve been experiencing temperatures ranging from -2 to 20 degrees for the past two weeks and the blower motor and heating system on my 2015 CRV will not clear the frost from the windshield and the inside cabin of the vehicle will not warm up. This is even after letting the car “warm-up” for 10-15 minutes while scraping the outside of the windshield. If the fan turns on, it will only blow cold air even when set to the highest heat setting with the recirculated air button pressed. This is what is recommended in the owners manual. Also, twice I’ve attempted to turn on the fan to use the defroster or heating system and the fan did not work at all. I’ve had the the vehicle in your service department twice since 12/29 for the same problem because I cannot keep the windshield clear to safely drive the vehicle. We’ve also experienced issues when the fan is set on its highest setting, the blower seems to be surging from low to slightly higher power levels, never fully reaching the high setting. The vehicle is still under its 36 month 36,000 mile warranty. According to Devin in your service department they can’t replicate the problem and therefore cannot replace the blower motor under Honda’s warranty program because they won’t get reimbursed. His hands are tied and there’s nothing they can do for us. So until our stretch of bad weather clears or I end up in an accident because the window fogs up as I’m driving and the defogger won’t work, I have what the IT world calls a BRICK. An unsafe to drive and totally unusable Honda product. This is incredibly frustrating especially since we just purchased a used Honda Fit for our daughter from this same dealership about 6 weeks ago! Had I known their service department was not at all helpful, we would never have purchased a used car from there let alone a used Honda. On the bright side, I have less than six months left on this lease and this situation has helped me rule out this and other Jeff Wyler Automotive dealerships and Honda products for the new vehicle I will be purchasing in June 2018! 1/8/2018 Positive Update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to dealership on Saturday 1/6 to pick up car but service department was already closed. Took the opportunity to speak to Steve Martin about the problems I was experiencing with the car and the service department. He thought from my description that the problem sounded like an issue with the blower motor. He gave me a car to use for a couple of days until the issue with my car was resolved. He wrote detailed notes for Tony in service to call me on Monday 1/8 to discuss. Chris Setters from service called me at 8 am Monday, listened to my explanation of the problems and agreed that it sounded like the blower motor was bad. He stated he would test drive the car and call me back with his findings. I received another call around 11 am from Chris stating that when he test drove the car the blower motor was surging so they changed it. He also stated that he heard the noise when the car started that I’ve been hearing and that it is the VTC actuator. He contacted Honda about this known issue but they do not have a revised part at this time. It won’t damage the car and he asked me to contact him in a month to see if they had new parts yet. He made a note on my maintenance records that this part should be covered under warranty when available. I want to thank Chris Setters for his help in getting my car back to great running order and for listening! I’m pleased with the results I received once an assistant manager, Mr. Martin got involved. I’m just sorry it took so long for someone to resolve the problem. Perhaps more training and better listening skills on the part of the younger employees in the service department would help fix that problem. 1/9 I received a follow up call from Chris Setters to see if my car was as I expected and if I was satisfied with the work they had performed on the car the previous day. I told I was extremely satisfied and thanked him for his follow up and for his professionalism in handling my problem. Working with Chris Setters has certainly changed my mind about writing off Honda and Jeff Wyler Honda for my next car! Jeff Wyler Honda should be very proud to have such a fine employee on their staff! More

When I told them that their offer was The sales lady that I worked with was kind, but when they appraised my vehicle they put it 5-7K below blue book. When I told them that their offer was unacceptable they bumped it 2K and told me that they didn't put in the right trim though I spelled out the trim for them specifically. When I dealt with the appraiser he was condescending and tried to explain away the offer with nonsense and misdirection. I went to Honda East and got 5K more for my trade in. Will not go back, do not recommend. More

He was able to give us unbiased comparisons to other non-Honda products we were considering and wasn't pushy or trying to give us a hard sell. His confidence in the quality of the car he was representing gave us confidence that this was not only the right choice of automobile, but that Jeff Wyler was the dealership we were interested in working with in the future.
