Service was polite and efficient. I have always experienced good service at Jeff Wyler Honda. This time was no exception. I just needed a routine oil change, tire rotation, and maintenance check. The service tech (I'm sorry, but I forgot his name) told me of some additional maintenance items that were not critical. I had the option of postponing them, so I did. No problem! I waited for about 1 1/2 hour, worked on my computer in the comfortable waiting room, and was informed when my car was ready. My only complaint was that it took a long time to schedule a service date (2+ weeks). The service scheduler said that it was due to the heavy load of handling airbag recalls. More

Great Service I was ready to have my 2018 Honda Accord serviced and had received my reminder by e-mail. Upon checking the maintenance indicator I was still at 40% I was ready to have my 2018 Honda Accord serviced and had received my reminder by e-mail. Upon checking the maintenance indicator I was still at 40% and decided to wait before scheduling. Now at 15% I decided to schedule the service before leaving for vacation only to find the schedule is full until August 28th but they take walk-ins. I decided to go at 7a.m. on a Monday and they had me out the door by 7:50. It was such a great experience to get in and out so quickly. Thank you!!!! More
