Reconditioning fee is outrageous. 1492.00 to clean and inspect a vehicle for you to buy. Growing trend to charge the CUSTOMER to clean and inspect a car for YOUR DEALERSHIP TO SELL. Bait and switch game .They give you a Wyler discount only to up charge you more for the inspection and cleaning of the car you intend to buy once you arrive .Then to low ball me on my trade of 1700.00 only to turn around and list it for 8449.00 the very next day!...Very shady sales tactics! will never ever buy from a Wyler group again. Lesson learned. More

Tried to tell me it could have been 2160.00 but the most they charge is 1492.00. so advertised price on the net and the WYLER discount is bait and switch. Then second told me to my face my trade was only worth 1700.00 because the cars age and its resale value was next to nothing. ONLY to look the very next day and MY TRADE WAS PRICED AT 8449.00 .Seeing how I was there 3 hours with the normal back and fourth pricing and negotiating. I was tired and reluctantly agreed .I would have walked but my daughter really wanted the car. Wheres the dealership where the price is was it is , there's no hidden stupid outragues fees ,they give you the most for your trade and REALLY CARE ABOUT MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY? I want to go there!PLEASE FIND ME THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! More

Treated like Royalty!!! I got my CRV serviced here at the Burlington location. There are so many good things to say, I don't know where to begin! I have been to many dealer I got my CRV serviced here at the Burlington location. There are so many good things to say, I don't know where to begin! I have been to many dealerships for service but never one like this. Everyone was smiling and going out of their way for me and my 3 yr old. I thought..this couldn't be real..these are paid actors! Lol. Matt, was friendly had all my paper work ready to get things going. Gave me contact numbers, and kept me up to date on what was going on with my car by phone and text. They gave my little boy a coloring book and crayons to keep! Then the shuttle driver, Lowell, has to be the nicest man I have ever met. He went above and beyond to take my son and I wherever we needed to go. Much better than a courtesy car. He got my son in and out of the carseat and took him to get a sucker!!! Who does that!?? The lady at the desk was so kind, she pulled my car in for me. The service dept, did a diagnosis and called me with a price and what was going on almost immediately and it only took them 3 hrs to get it all done. We were at home waiting and Lowell, came and got us as soon as he could to pick up my car. Matt had all paperwork ready so I didn't have to wait around. Another service tech brought my vehicle around right to us and we were out of there. I was so happy I was speechless! Treated like royalty. 👸 This is the only dealership I will ever go to. They're about the customers happiness and not the money. I never thought a place like this even existed!!! So pleased 😃? More
