Day 1 - After researching my cars value on KBB I was contacted by Jeff Wyler Honda with an offer. I went to the dealership to sell them my vehicle. Despite the dealership having completely accurate vehi contacted by Jeff Wyler Honda with an offer. I went to the dealership to sell them my vehicle. Despite the dealership having completely accurate vehicle information from KBB when they made me the offer, they changed their mind on how much the could offer me. For the sake of convenience I agreed to sell them the car. The lien release paperwork in the vehicle was never filed, so the dealership requested that I have that faxed to them, then they would cut me a check. Day 2 - Bank faxed Jeff Wyler a lien release statement. Day 3 - I contact Wyler, they claim not to have received it. I contact the bank, they provide me with a transcript showing the fax was sent and received the previous day. They then fax it again and email it. Day 4 - I follow up with Jeff Wyler and am told they have everything they need. I should receive a check shortly. Day 5-8 - I wait Day 9 - I contact the dealership via email, no response. Day 10 - 9 am I call the dealer and I’m told they will find out what is going on and call me back. They don’t, and don’t reply to my email from the previous day. 4pm - I show up at the dealership stating I want a check or my vehicle back. They tell me that they need a hard copy of the lien release, not a faxed copy, and that they should have it soon, but I can’t have my vehicle back or a check. Eventually they tell me I can have my vehicle back if I pay for the services they’ve done to it since they received it. I call their bluff, they won’t give me my vehicle. I call the sheriffs department after the manger refused to pay me or give me my vehicle. At this point the manager was extremely rude. After about 10 minutes the manager comes back, apologizes and tells me the check is being printed, so I call the sheriffs office back to let them know they are no longer needed. Shortly after, I leave, with a check. More

William Unkraut is a terrible salesperson responsible for my regrettable experience leasing my first-ever new car from this dealership. I would have spent a lot more money if William had just taken his time my regrettable experience leasing my first-ever new car from this dealership. I would have spent a lot more money if William had just taken his time and helped me to order the right vehicle, but instead, he lied to me about the feature packages available in order to sell me a car on the lot. I have now learned my lesson to never believe a word that a car salesperson tells me. More
Worst Dealership I have ever dealt with for service or parts. I needed a Key fob and key for my 2021 Civic. I called got a price of 191 plus tax. I went to the dealership asked the guy in parts if they parts. I needed a Key fob and key for my 2021 Civic. I called got a price of 191 plus tax. I went to the dealership asked the guy in parts if they had the fob he said yes. I told them I was quoted 191. He said that sounds correct. I asked for a price on lug nuts he said about 8 dollars each. I went to service asked same thing she said sounds about right for the fob. I asked for lug nuts she said about 4 dollars. I got my bill for the key fob it was $273.23 including tax. I told them i was quoted 191 she said sorry that is the price. Included in that was Misc. charge she said that is standard to check all fluids etc. I told them I did not ask for that and did not need it. She said again sorry that is the price. I asked before leaving an actual price on lug nuts came back 12 dollars a piece. I of course cancelled that order. This place is a complete SCAM. Not sure if its just this dealership or that is how Jeff Wyler does business. Buyer Be Aware. More

Shady, dishonest! Made an appointment and drove an hour. They tried to tack 8000 dollars on the price. The website included the "Wyler price" for the car listed. Not MSRP...Wyler price! I was talked to cond They tried to tack 8000 dollars on the price. The website included the "Wyler price" for the car listed. Not MSRP...Wyler price! I was talked to condescendingly and told supply and demand, Told can change the price anytime! I said I can buy it from the internet for this price and the salesman said," then why don't you"! Don't list the price on the internet as your price for the car if it is not. More
You really have to watch this dealership chain as a whole with a used car. Bought a car for 25k only to be in the shop 3 weeks later with 11k worth of repairs needed. I had a nice experience with Eric howeve with a used car. Bought a car for 25k only to be in the shop 3 weeks later with 11k worth of repairs needed. Excellent experience. I really enjoyed working with Eric Simpson. He truly cares about his customers. He was very patient and honest with us and got us in a car that was a perfect match for us. I live in California and contacted the dealer to purchase a particular used vehicle online and pay in full with no financing and have the car shipped to me (which i would arrange). This has been my worst exp a particular used vehicle online and pay in full with no financing and have the car shipped to me (which i would arrange). This has been my worst experience with any dealer and I’ve bought over 20 cars in my life. They don’t return phone calls, they don’t answer emails - yet everyday they send me an email blast with the car I’ve been looking at. I’m guessing they really don’t care to sell cars. If you have a choice of Honda dealers, you’d do best to look somewhere else More
