Shady, dishonest! Made an appointment and drove an hour. They tried to tack 8000 dollars on the price. The website included the "Wyler price" for the car listed. Not MSRP...Wyler price! You really have to watch this dealership chain as a whole with a used car. Bought a car for 25k only to be in the shop 3 weeks later with 11k worth of repairs needed. I live in California and contacted the dealer to purchase a particular used vehicle online and pay in full with no financing and have the car shipped to me (which i would arrange). They don’t return phone calls, they don’t answer emails - yet everyday they send me an email blast with the car I’ve been looking at. I’m guessing they really don’t care to sell cars. What to purchase a new vehicle. Got there looked at the car they had a little sticker on the window up to over $2000 of stuff they wanted to add to the car. It’s one salesman told me it unless I bought that extra $2000 worth of things I didn’t want he wouldn’t sell me the car. So after a few choice words with each other I went inside and I asked the gentleman who wants to sell a xxxxing car. Another salesman came out went and talk to the sales manager came back said OK well you don’t have to buy that will save the car.! Great. So I thought The car was online for $1100 cheaper than I had to pay. The salesman told me I will not get the advertise price unless I purchase the $2000 worth of extras they want to add to the vehicle. So either I paid 1100 more or 2000 more. It’s extortion. Car dealers of the lowest form of life on the planet. Never felt so strong armed in my life. More
