Our new Honda Pilot is the fifth vehicle we have purchased from Jeff Wyler Honda. The purchase experiences have been relative painless but I fully realize no dealership will survive by giving cars purchased from Jeff Wyler Honda. I feel, for the most part, I've received an average or better than average deal. The reason I am taking time to respond to this reiew is there are two people that continually make us want to return to Jeff Wyler Honda. Mr. Dave Westerfield is the consumate professional greeting us without feined friendliness but a genuine "glad to see you" attidude. His attitude in dealing with us has made us return 4 times. I also wanted to highlight the incredible impact Mr. Paul Conrad has had on our continued patronage. Paul greets you on the phone or in the service area as though he's known you forever. No fake, "What's your name?" hellos! He remembers us and is a total pleasure to deal with. Paul has NEVER taken advantage of us in servicing our vehicles. Even when I have expected to pay dearly for a repair and signed in advance for the work, Paul and the service technicians there have often discovered repairs would only cost a fraction of the estimate and the original suspect problem was NOT the problem. I completely trust Mr. Conrad's judgement and never question a diagnosis. In short, Paul Conrad and the quality of follow-up service we have received not only has kept us coming back but was the main reason for buying our new Pilot at Jeff Wyler. We had never know Paul until we bought the first vehicle at Wyler. I / we cannot say enough about Paul and the quality of personal service. From in-store service, "emergency" drop ins and even long distance calls about potential problems, Paul has done everything possible to assist us. He should be teaching courses in personal Customer Service for Jeff Wyler. Loose Paul and Jeff Wyler Honda will NOT be the same. Thanks Paul, Thanks Dave. The service representatives are always friendly and greet with a smile, specifically Jerry Conrad, 2 ladies and MB. I do not know the ladies name or the young guys name. I had been driving a van for 10 years and wasn't sure what type of vehicle I wanted. My husband and I visited numerous dealerships trying to decide on my next vehicle. When we got to Jeff Wyler Honda, I drove the Pilot, the CRV and the Odyssey. I still wasn't sure what I liked best. I think we visited Andrew 3 times before I decided on the Pilot. He made himself available to us and was always extremely courteous AND patient. I asked many questions (some stupid, I'm sure) and he was very knowledgeable about the cars--obviously taking the time to learn about each and every vehicle. I must say that of all the sales people we talked with at the various dealerships, Andrew knew the most about his vehicles. One thing that stood out to me about Andrew, besides being so knowledgeable, was the fact that he did not push one vehicle over the other and did not try to push me into buying. I visited one dealership where the salesman kept pushing me for an answer the first visit there--even though I told him I wanted to drive a number of different vehicles before I made my decision. This purchase was a very pleasant experience, including closing the deal with the finance manager, Jake Ashendors. More
I came into Honda looking for a preowned car for my teenage son. We wanted something that was not expensive but we could trust to put our son in to be safe. We have been looking for a new family vehicle, and found everything we were looking for in the Honda CRV. We knew it was something we were interested in when we visited Honda's dealership, but Andrew was e everything we were looking for in the Honda CRV. I always lease a Honda...you can't beat the price and the reliability. They always seem to have the right kind of car for me at the right stage in my life. I have leased a Civic for my college days, a CR-V reliability. They always seem to have the right kind of car for me at the right stage in my life. I have leased a Civic for my college days, a CR-V for my graduate school days, a Pilot for my "easy with one kid" days, and now an Odyssey for my "two kids" days. I have no complaints about any of these cars and would recommend them to anyone! I also like how I can walk right into the Jeff Wyler store in Florence and someone is always there to greet and help me. I can say the same for the service department. Everyone there is always pleasant to deal with. They always try their best to accomodate me. If you are looking to lease or buy a car, go see the salespeople at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. I do not like dealing with auto deakerships. You group has made it a easier experience. This is the second car purchased through wyler. Your sales staff is very good about going about the business.
