As this being my first time buying a car I didnt know about all the "stuff" like tax, title, etc that are attached with buying a car so he very kindly sat down and explained how much all that would cost so I would know how much money i could actually spend on just the base price of a car. Even as I was signing all the paperwork that goes along with buying a car he explained anything and everything i had a question about. I couldn't have asked for a better first car buying experience! On April 14,2010 my 2005 Honda Civic would not start and Steve and Charlie came to my rescue. The battery was toast and the car would not boost so Charlie waited with me for 2 hours for the tow truck to co Steve and Charlie came to my rescue. Being 8 months pregnant I really appreciated having Charlie wait with me for the tow truck because it was 80 degrees outside and he had AC in his car. I believe the service dept. went above and beyond for me that day and I really want to thank them for that. I have used Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence, KY for my maintenance ever since I moved to KY from Canada. Thay have always been friendly and helpful and thier facilities are up to date and clean.
