Shawn was great. I was living in Thailand and was planning to move back to the states. I gave Shawn a call and asked if he could help me get a car by the time I arrived in the states. I just needed to make the necessary signatures and send the documents back for processing. So when I landed back in the states the car was waiting for me. What great service! (good family that is) We continue to return as we believe the Honda vehicles really are quality vehicles and will last to that 200,000 mile goal. The service we have received at JW Honda has always been top shelf. Paul Conrad is a trusted friend and we have total confidence in him. It's a pleasure to see him. Dave, Tom and Paul know us and they REMEMBER us. Overall we find dealing with JW Honda most pleasurable. We recently sent a good friend to Tom Judd to replace her very old vehicle. She bought a car from Tom and even called us on her way home from the dealership to thank us for the recommendation and to tell us how pleased she was with the car and Tom's assistance. Most of us do NOT want to deal with the "What can we do to get you in this car today?" saleman. Tom never pushed us and that was most appreciated. If we had to buy another vehicle tomorrow, we'd call Tom. These people, Dave Westerfield, Tom Judd and Paul Conrad, are a good part of the reason we will continue to buy our vehicles at JW Honda. This is the best buying experience i have ever had buying a car. Tom Judd my salesman was so easy to work with. he meet me in the parking lot ,we talked for a few minutes went in side,and in about 45 minutes a car.
