We negotiated electronically for about a week. I had a better deal from another Honda dealer but since I have been a loyal Wyler Honda customer they were willing to beat the other out of state offer. When I got there all of the paperwork was filled out. I signed a few papers with the sales team, met with the finance person, signed few papers with him and was in and out in about 40 minutes. The deal was exactly as we had agreed. The new Pilot was wash and ready to go as soon s I was finished. GREAT SMOOTH TRANSACTION and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recomment Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence and I also highly recommend the Honda Pilot. I have now owned 4 and have never done anything to them except the required maintenance.Best In my opinion this is the best SUV for the money that's in the market today. More

This was by far the most professional and enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. I did and once again her professionalism was unbelievable. We scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Bud who was prepared for my visit based on my conversation with Kathy. Bud presented several options of good reliable cars to test. Never once did any of the following happen: did I feel pressured, service reports & carfax reports were provided not avoided, no competitor was trashed, I was never shuffled to be baby sat by other sales people unlike a recent experience I had with one of their competitors up the road. Bud was very patient, supportive of our needs and seemed more concerned about helping us as opposed to just selling a car. At the end of the day Bud and the finance team were able to get us into more car at a payment slightly better than we were expecting. The finance people were quick,professional and answered all questions. Because of the professionalism of Kathy, Bud and the entire Jeff Wyler team they have earned a customer for life. More
