We started car shopping on a hot Sunday afternoon. We stopped at several dealerships in the Florence area. A couple of the salesmen seemed to either not comprehend or not care what I was telling them about my needs. A couple of other dealerships made me feel like a bleeding swimmer in shark infested waters. Jeff Wyler Honda was our last stop and their salesman, Tom Stout, was defintely the best salesman we came in contact with. He listened to what we wanted and didn't hover or try to show us a car that came nowhere near meeting my needs and desires. He came in on his day off to deliver the car and spent time with me going over things I needed to know. It was the only dealership I was treated like a Customer and not just a possible sale. Scott Brunner did everything possible to make our visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible on the hottest days of the summer. Scott Brunner has made several calls since our purchase to make sure we are happy with our purchase. They took the time to expalin all the features of the Crosstour when delivering the car even though it took time passed their closing hours and filled the gas tank.
