When I visited the dealership for my initial test drive, David explained every feature to me thoroughly and answered my questions directly and honestly. On my second visit, Kathy took me for a test drive in a snowy field so I could experience the ease that the AWD kicks in and helps out (extremely helpful during such a snowy winter!); and then Bud went over all the features, the owner's manual and technology guide, and paperwork efficiently on delivery of my new vehicle. They truly made me feel like I was in a small-town dealership; no hassles, none of the typical car sales crap like "What do you want your payment to be??" just a fair and honest price for a great vehicle. I was met at the door by John and he showed me some cars that was not Honda's but were used and was in a manual transmissions. I asked him about a new one, he had one but it was a 2011 and was too high for me. So he found a 2010 at their other lot in Colerain and made the deal for it to be some what reasonable payment. Well the next day I got a call from John telling me that they was able to get my payment 11 dollars cheaper, how many dealers do that? More
