Our salesperson, Matt Catron, was very helpful throughout our visit. He provided answers to all of our questions and filled us in on things we never thought to ask. This is my 5th Honda. I will never buy another brand of car from anyone else. I came in there with a weird situation, a brand new car from another dealer that I only had for 1 day and was already ready to car from anyone else. Kathy and Ron worked out the deal even with the other car not being titled yet and they sent me home that night with a new Insight at a great price. Ron worked with me on the warrenty with no pressure at all. And I've been dealing with Steve in Maintenance for many years now. I always get great service and no BS from him. We started buying Hondas back in 1985 and have always stayed with this dealer. I've never had any problems and always get great service from them. I feel like they are family members by now. More

Kathy Collier was great to work with. Very low pressure, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs. I would refer her to anyone. The only negative experience we had was with the finance ma and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs. I would refer her to anyone. The only negative experience we had was with the finance manager, Ron Choudhury. He was abrupt with us, used high-pressure sales tactics, and wouldn't accept "no" as an answer. While our experience with him was limited, he was the only sour note we experienced during our purchase. More

This is our second Honda. This is a used 04 Accord; The first was a new 07 Pilot. Tom Judd is honest. If Tom thinks you need or don't need an option on a vehicle, Tom will advice you. Everyone at Jeff Wyler is laid back; I mean no high pressure sales. The service dept. is also honest and reasonable. $30.00 oil and filter changes. It was even cheaper than going to AutoZone, Pep Boys, ect. to get new wiper blade inserts at Jeff Wyler. They even put them on for free. We stopped by Jeff Wyler to talk to Tom Judd about a used car; it didn't even need to be a Honda. We just like Tom's honesty. More

We negotiated electronically for about a week. I had a better deal from another Honda dealer but since I have been a loyal Wyler Honda customer they were willing to beat the other out of state offer. When I got there all of the paperwork was filled out. I signed a few papers with the sales team, met with the finance person, signed few papers with him and was in and out in about 40 minutes. The deal was exactly as we had agreed. The new Pilot was wash and ready to go as soon s I was finished. GREAT SMOOTH TRANSACTION and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recomment Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence and I also highly recommend the Honda Pilot. I have now owned 4 and have never done anything to them except the required maintenance.Best In my opinion this is the best SUV for the money that's in the market today. More
