I was very skeptical about going to a Big car dealership and expected the typical games many play. But I was not pressured at all and they even sold me the car lower than what I offered! We feel comfortable with bring our new Honda to the service department in the future. A quick negotiation on the price made it one of the easiest car purchases we had ever encountered. My experience with Jeff Wyler Honda Florence, KY, was wonderful. The new car salesman, Scott, was friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to buy, and honest. He was understanding and went above the line of duty to help me figure things out and finally, pick up my NEW BLACK HONDA CRV 4 wheel drive! The title/paperwork person, Ron, I think was his name, was fabulous. He was not pushy or arrogant. He explained everything to me in detail and I am very pleased. He is a nice man. The new car sales manager was also extremely nice and easy to work with. I am a 3 time Honda buyer at that location and intend to continue to purchase my vehicles there. Overall, a fantastic car buying experience. Our sales rep, Scott Parsons,worked hard for us to walk away with two new Leases one week apart, but was not pushy during the process. I would certainly recommend Scott Parsons and Jeff Wyler Honda to anyone in search of a new car, but most importantly, a dealership that is willing to work with their customers and provide the ultimate customer experience. Needed a used car to replace one totaled in accident, found one a year newer exactly like mine. Family has done business here before, and are happy with dealership. My actual sales experience was ok. Let's face it - no one enjoys the car shopping adventure, but Matt made it tolerable and tried his best to work with me. One was after the purchase - learned that only 1/2 a tank of gas is given when you buy a used car. Not a deal breaker, but I found it very comical, that a full tank of gas could not be spared on a $15,000 purchase. Tom Gill Chevrolet caters to new and used car customers. Had I been able to find the car I wanted there - I would have given them the business. They truly treat every customer as if they are a NEW CAR customer. My worst part of my buying experience was the vehicle financing. I was badgered more in the finance room than I was buying the car. I must have had to say (and this is no lie) 15 times that I was NOT interested in buying an extended warranty. I finally had to say "no, no, no, no, no, no, no - NO MEANS NO - I do not want to buy an extended warranty... ". I do not appreciate being continuously harassed to purchase something I have shown no interest in pursuing. So - long story short. Matt was a very nice salesman that did the best he could on my deal. The Finance department was the worst I have ever dealt with in 44 years. More
