There were no "hidden" fees that were sprung on me at the time of purchase, it was exactly what they promised. When I visited the dealership for my initial test drive, David explained every feature to me thoroughly and answered my questions directly and honestly. On my second visit, Kathy took me for a test drive in a snowy field so I could experience the ease that the AWD kicks in and helps out (extremely helpful during such a snowy winter!); and then Bud went over all the features, the owner's manual and technology guide, and paperwork efficiently on delivery of my new vehicle. They truly made me feel like I was in a small-town dealership; no hassles, none of the typical car sales crap like "What do you want your payment to be??" just a fair and honest price for a great vehicle. I am very happy with my CR-V and will DEFINITELY recommend Jeff Wyler Honda to my family and friends. More

Visited several different dealers looking at a car for my daughter. Decided that Honda offered the best "deal" and my daughter loved the 2-door Civic. John Snavely was great to work with. I feel more like I am dealing with friends rather than sales men. This is the fourth car I have bought from Jeff Wyler Honds in FLorence in the last 2 years. I will always come back. However, I went into Jeffy Wyler Honda in Florence, KY to see about buying a used Honda Fit. I was met at the door by John and he showed me some cars that was not Honda's but were used and was in a manual transmissions. I asked him about a new one, he had one but it was a 2011 and was too high for me. So he found a 2010 at their other lot in Colerain and made the deal for it to be some what reasonable payment. Well the next day I got a call from John telling me that they was able to get my payment 11 dollars cheaper, how many dealers do that? More

I started my conversation with the dealership via an internet IM (my first time with this method). I received an immediate phone call follow up and was at the dealership shortly thereafter. The staff was very friendly on both the phone an in person. I admitted up front, I was concerned about financing and they were very understanding and helpful in finding me the best financing options. I have been to several dealerships in my car-buying history and this seemed to be the most direct and efficient in finding a mutually satisfactory deal on the vehicle. It's probably the first time I left a dealership without feeling "I could've done better". More
Price was great, and David and his staff went out of their way to help me, even past closing time. I was skeptical when I saw the price listed online, knowing that other dealers I had visited had online their way to help me, even past closing time. I was skeptical when I saw the price listed online, knowing that other dealers I had visited had online prices that ended up being much higher once I got to the lot. But Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence didn't have any add ons (besides tax and title), and the price was great for the year, make, and model I purchased. They even went out of their way to make sure that I drove off the lot with a clean car, winter floor mats in place (they came with the car). That was thoughtful, considering the roads (and my boots) were a snowy, muddy mess! One of the things I liked best about David was that he explained things to me I would need to know as the owner of the car (but not as a mere test-driver). One thing he told me was not to just shove a cd in the player but to push the load button first. That saved me from breaking my new-to-me car on my first day of owning it! When David couldn't get a hold of the second car key (because another employee had it), he did a great job of not only promising to get it to me ASAP, but also calling me within two days to let me know it was in the mail. (The car had been leased by the dealership, so there wasn't anything wrong with the other employee having the key.) I really appreciate everyone's willingness there to work with me, whether or not I was prepared for making a commitment to the car. I have been to several dealers in the area, and this one gets a "great" rating from me. Some of the other dealers were also great, but they didn't have the car in the color I wanted. :-) It really helped that I had shopped around a lot, had test driven a lot of different models, knew what I wanted, and knew what a fair price was for the year, make, and model. Also, it may have helped that I got there so close to closing time. It made both me and the salesman less edgy and more frank. It was a matter of, "If you're not ready to commit tonight, that's ok, but we'll need you to come back tomorrow. But, if you're willing to commit, we'll stay and take care of it." David was very pro-active in showing me the carfax (which was pristine). And it didn't hurt that the car had been previously leased by the dealership and was certified pre-owned! By looking online first, you can look for just what you want without the pressure. And, because I filled out a form asking for more information on the car, I got an online discount. More
I found myself in the unfortunate situation of having to purchase a new car due to being in an accident where my car had been totaled, and I had been injured. I wasn't excited about having to buy a new car until I walked into Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence and was greeted by Scott Parsons. He was very understanding and didn't pressure me in the least. In fact, he didn't call me until a week later when he thought I might be ready and able to test drive the CRV I had shown interest in. He pointed out all the pros of this vehicle. After having checked out similar cars at other dealerships, I gravitated back to Jeff Wyler Honda. Scott was able to locate a CRV in the color I wanted and with the options and safety features I thought were important. In fact, it had just been delivered that day! I purchased the car 2 days later and have driven it for 3 days. I feel safe in it and know that it will continue to hold its value. I have to say, the entire process was as painless as possible. I would certainly recommend this dealership, more particularly Scott Parsons, to anyone in the search for a new vehicle. More
