We bought our first Honda from Dan Hollenkamp at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence, KY. I am 63 years old and have owned several new Cars. I have never been treated in a more professional manner. Dealership twice has not met my quality standards. First visit I sat in waiting room and lee never informed me car was complete. He had gone home. Almost 90 mins later I asked why oil change was taking so l visit I sat in waiting room and lee never informed me car was complete. He had gone home. Almost 90 mins later I asked why oil change was taking so long, female indicated car done for over 30 mins. Gave second chance for service. Disappointed. Brake calibers were not secured correctly. Bolts came loose while driving and service indicator had not been reset. Dropped car back off. Lee called and said " your car is done". Almost had to pill teeth to get their error out of them. Disappointed!! Be accountable. Own it! Apologize and provide customer service, aftersll that is what you claim to do. Twice bitten. Likely would never consider again. More

After 2 months, 1 month of talking, pleading and yelling, and 1 month of waiting for the part to come in, which it did and they didn't know who it belonged to since it had Honda on it, I am happy to say the and 1 month of waiting for the part to come in, which it did and they didn't know who it belonged to since it had Honda on it, I am happy to say the car is finally fixed. It rides like a new car just as I thought it should. I'm glad I could finally convince the powers that be that the car was not right. Thanks to salesman Dave Sizemore, at Honda, for standing behind me in this matter and service manager Scott, at Ft Thomas, for listening to our side of the story. Also Jay, at Honda, for orchestrating the solution. Although we have had a bad experience buying a used car, I think now we can finally enjoy our purchase. More
