I just purchased a 2012 Honda Accord Coupe from Scott Brunner. Scott was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns. When I brought my car in for a routine oil change/tire rotation, Jason found what he originally thought was an oil leak. When I purchased my vehicle in 2007, I also purchased the additional warranty, whi rotation, Jason found what he originally thought was an oil leak. When I purchased my vehicle in 2007, I also purchased the additional warranty, which in hindsight turned out to be well worth it! After further review, Jason discovered that the leak was actually coming from the transmission pump. Dylan called Cost Guard and found that this was covered under the warranty. Dylan also arranged for me to have a rental while my car was being serviced. I am extremely happy and pleased at the way the entire situation was handled from both Dylan and Jason. More
I brought my '09 Accord V6 to Steve and discussed some of the issues I was having. He was very helpful in educating me with what is "normal" and what sounded like a problem. He also pulled recent bulletins to see if any of my concerns met any recalls/recommended service, etc. He even covered 2 items under warranty. As always, complete satisfaction was achieved and I will always go back. I'm never pressured into "extras" and I leave knowing my car is in working order. More

Paul was very responsive, helpful and friendly when I had to get my brakes repaired a couple of days ago. Though there was a fair amount of work to be done, I dropped my car off at lunch and it was ready fo to get my brakes repaired a couple of days ago. I have been in the market for a used car. I had an SUV that was bad on gas and very expensive on the monthly payment. I was very lucky enough to walk into Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence Ky and work with Sha that was bad on gas and very expensive on the monthly payment. I was very lucky enough to walk into Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence Ky and work with Shawn McGreevy. He was absolutely awesome. He helped us when nobody else would. We are so excited to have had the chance to work with him. He helped us to get the perfect car at the price we wanted. I am extremely satisfied with his skills, and his help to make sure me and my fiance were taken care of. Other dealerships like Kia, and Ford were very unsuccessful with even trying to take the time to help us. They would immediately ask for a $5,000 or $6,000 down payment. It was crazy how those other dealers were, but I feel like I had an experience I will always remember and appreciate with Shawn. I would refer and friend or family to him. He will make sure he makes the perfect deal for you and takes care of you like he did us. Thankyou Shawn, I want you to know I truely appreciate you and everything you did to help us :) More

The price was within our budget and it seemed very reasonable. We liked the car - the sales consultant and we've dealt with their Service Manager over the years with previous purchases. Scott Brunner was helpful in every way. He did an excellent job of getting us through the deal. We knew what we wanted and he saw to it we got it.
