The only snag in the process was a mixup in the VIN number on the original paperwork, so I had to sign everything all over again, but they made it go a lot faster the second time when I picked up the car the next day. I got a new battery for my 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid all for nothing since it was under warranty. The day I got this done, there were some computer systems that were not working. I was offered a ride back t for nothing since it was under warranty. The day I got this done, there were some computer systems that were not working.
