To whom it may concern: Scott Brunner is a shining star among your employees. He was nice, appropriate, and had our best interest in mind. This all came to a crashing halt, when we were sent a fast talking loan officer named Dave (he was a financial officer from Arizona, for this particular sale). I have buyers remorse two months later. The loan officer was a fast talking shark who Jeff Wyler sent to us after talking to Joe, another loan officer. We said that a car payment in the $200 to $250. We thought we could negotiate since it was a sale, but they sent Dave to low ball us. The car was not clean, had marks and scuffs inside and outside. No floor mats, they said that they would fill the car up with gas but only put $15.00 in the tank. The car has nothing I was looking for, and was not in the right mind due to the death of my uncle. I told the dealer of that and feel taken advantage of. Other dealerships have better deals, and I wish we would have went to them. I would not have bought from your dealership, because of the loan shark that was sent to us. The loan shark kept threatening us, saying that he controlled what interest rate we receive. He kept telling us that he felt bad about his sale prior to us, saying that he had put a teenager in a car that he knew they could not afford, and wasn't sure if they even had insurance. We are extremely disappointed with our experience at your dealership, and we will definitely tell other people to steer clear of your lot. We are writing a letter to corporate. More
First I want to say Peter did his job. He was friendly and did his job he sold me a car. As for the finance dept I feel they are nothing more than a theif that gets away with it because there is no law ag and did his job he sold me a car. The night we bought our car the credit rate we were quoted was a little higher than what I wanted to pay. I asked to check with my credit union the next day. At this time I was asked if I was still planning on getting the car one way or the other. The answer was yes. The asked me to sign a written piece of paper stating that if I couldnt get my credit union to sucure the loan within 24 hours I would have to thier offer, I did sign knowing 100% i could beet this rate. By 930 the next morning I had a answer from the credit union beating the rate by 50 % when I called the dealership I talked to the Same person that I dealed with from the night before who was fully awhere of the letter I signed. When I told him that I needed him to send a copy of the sales contract minus a few add ons that I didnt need to the credit union he told me that he didnt think he would be albe to get to it that day. Stating he was the only finance person there and he had to many closings. I reminded him that I only had till 8 that night and my CU closed at 5. I was told he would do what he could but it wasnt his problem. after several calls and stoping back at the dealer ship I got what I needed. 2 days later I was called and was toldI needed to bring my car back because they never got it inspected. I took off work took the car in gave my keys to another person who got a services person to get in my car and took it off the lot. much to my surprise when I found out that they had to take it to the city building to get this done. (at no time was I told this) More
My last 5 new cars were Toyotas, so when I began looking outside of Toyota for a new car the only alternative I felt comfortable with was Honda. I would say this was one of the best experiance I have had buying a car. Did not feel pressured at all. Like the fact that I had a longer test drive on different roads. I recently bought a 2011 Honda Fit from Jeff Wyler in Florence. I worked with both Josh Handelsman and John Snavely. Both of them we very courteous and helpful. When I went for a test drive on my own (my husband couldn't come with me) I was a little nervous, but Josh was so nice and didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision. I loved the car and he and John worked together to find me a 2011 in the color and model that I preferred. Then when I picked the car up John was great about explaining things to me and following up to make sure I was comfortable with the new car. I purchased an accessory that wasn't available when I picked the car up, and the service department was wonderful too in getting me scheduled as soon as I could get in to get that installed. Overall, it was a wonderful sales experience and I can't recommend them highly enough. I am very happy with the car too - it's a great little car for me! More
