Went in with an idea of what i wanted already and John was happy to sit and listen to all of my questions and answer them as clearly as possible. He had already helped my parents get their civic so it al was happy to sit and listen to all of my questions and answer them as clearly as possible. I just bought a 2012 Crosstour, and I think this is my favorite Honda yet. It's perfect for me...and so fun to drive! I did the email exchange thing with Kathy after browsing the Jeff Wyler inventory, and made an appointment to test drive the Crosstour a few days later. Kathy was working with another customer, so Scott on the Internet Sales Team went through the ins and outs of the vehicle. He was very friendly and knowlegeable of the car. After the test drive, I was hooked. Kathy then worked with me on a fair price for my CR-V trade-in, and a couple hours later, I was driving home in my beautiful new car. I had several accessories installed a few days later, and Brenda from the Internet Sales Team made sure the car was in perfect condition on my return. Kathy and her team really made me feel comfortable with my decision and were very attentive to my requests. I love my Hondas and hold onto them for several years. So, for the few car buying experiences I have had, I'm thankful that I met Kathy 20 years ago. After the buying experience is over, it's important to trust the service department, as well. Dylan Noble and Steve Rusconi from the Jeff Wyler Service Department are always so friendly and helpful. I trust that they are giving me the information I need to make decisions on my car's maintenance. I always recommend this dealership. I dont shop anywhere else. Sometimes I just go by to say hello and chat with the boys. However, they never offer me any food when they are eating, hmmmm. I came in to refinance my car loan and I ended up purchasing a new car! Mr. Brunner was able to get me into a 2012 Accord with a monthly payment/interest rate that was lower than what I was currently purchasing a new car! Mr. Brunner was able to get me into a 2012 Accord with a monthly payment/interest rate that was lower than what I was currently paying for my Used 2004 Vehicle. Beside purchasing a new car my experience was like no other! I have purchased 4 vehicles in my lifetime and each experience was painful and I felt like the dealer was only concerned with making a sale and not concerned with what I actually wanted and what would be best for my finances. Mr Brunner was very helpful, patient and pleasant. I am very satisfied with my experience and most of all my New vehicle!
