Within a few minutes of being at the dealership I knew that Mr. Hollenkamp would be the man who would sell me my car. He was very knowledgable about the model car which he thought would best suit my needs, the Honda Civic. Needless to say, two days later I came back and purchased the Civic that He showed to me. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to at least stop by the Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence, Ky. They were the most helpful and courteous of the dealerships that I had went to. Dan was a great help and I would be more than happy to do future dealings with him, though I'm highly convinced that I won't be needing to do so anytime soon since I've purchased an amazing car. The title/paperwork person, Ron, I think was his name, was fabulous. He was not pushy or arrogant. He explained everything to me in detail and I am very pleased. He is a nice man. The new car sales manager was also extremely nice and easy to work with. I am a 3 time Honda buyer at that location and intend to continue to purchase my vehicles there. Overall, a fantastic car buying experience. Our sales rep, Scott Parsons,worked hard for us to walk away with two new Leases one week apart, but was not pushy during the process.
