My wife and I recently purchased a used Saturn Vue from this dealership. Less than a month and less than 500 miles thet we put on the car the transmission went out on the vehicle. The transmission was cove this dealership. Less than a month and less than 500 miles thet we put on the car the transmission went out on the vehicle. The transmission was covered by waranty but waited almost a full month befor even hearing anything about the car. Finally we were contacted by the dealership and were told that along with the transmission the transmission cooler, axle and a bearing neede to be replaced. After getting the car back from service on the way home the servive engine light came on and had to take it back into the derler. After this we drove the car for 3 days and the service engine light came on yet again. We took it back to the dealer and they said it would cost $230 for a new mass airflow sensor. We have had this car now for 3 months or so and have made 3 payments on it and have only been able to drive the car at the most about 15 times. The salesman has been very helpfull but it seems that is not enough. We tried to get the dealer to take the car back and get us into another car. Due to special financing we were limited on our options to begin with and now we are stuck with a ticking timebomb. A finance person at the dealer was extremely rude with us and the GM of the dealer was supposed to be looking into it personally and a week later we have heard nothing at all. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone as they are not willing to help with issues that may arise. It would not take much to make us happy but i guess even that is too much to ask. The warranty will run out soon and who Knows what will happen next. We have put more money into this car than any other car we have ever owned and we havent even gotten to drive it. I do not even feel comfortable going inside of this dealership anymore because of the way we were rudely treated by the finance person and it seems that everyone is staring at us like were trouble starters. I will not return unless it is in an attempt to rectify the situation. More
