I was referred to Corey Wright by Michael Tan (salesperson at a competitor), and was told prior to my visit that I'll be well taken care of. I want to state that Corey both met and exceeded my expectations in every way. The experience I had was simple, which is how I like it. Corey and I had a very straight to the point open conversation, and he very quickly led me to the exact car I wanted with regards to mileage, color, warranty options, and last but not least features. It's almost like he had a sixth sense, knowing exactly what car to put me in? I remember telling him my price right after telling him that I want the car that we just finished test driving. Shortly thereafter, I was driving the car! I also will comment that the check engine light came on the within 24 hours of buying the vehicle, and Corey resovled this issue promptly by sending me to Paul (hope I got the name right) who took care of the issue at no cost. Paul was also cool to talk too while I waited. I will be sending Corey referrals for anyone looking to buy a car. More

My experience with Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence was both positive and memorable from start to finish. With it being my first time buying a new car I did not know what I was getting myself into, but Kathy ma positive and memorable from start to finish. With it being my first time buying a new car I did not know what I was getting myself into, but Kathy made it easy for me and I felt 100% comfortable with her! The day I bought my car they really made me feel special. At least three staff members introduced themselves and congratulated me, and when I came out of my financial meeting Kathy had put balloons on the car. Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence truly makes you feel like part of their family, and they made my first experience with buying a new car a memorable one. Chris did a good job of showing me the car I wanted and then finding the color. He was not push during this process and I appreciated that. On Saturday Jan 7 we returned to the dealership to discuss a previously negotiated deal on Dec. 27th (with paperwork, which we had a copy of) for a CR-V that they would attempt to locate for us, which discuss a previously negotiated deal on Dec. 27th (with paperwork, which we had a copy of) for a CR-V that they would attempt to locate for us, which unfortunately could not be found in the color and options we wanted. We wanted to find out if we could work the same deal on the CR-V's they were to receive in the next few weeks, and were treated very rudely by Pete Bambach and especially Mike Donnellon, the sales manager. After talking to Scott Parsons, while I was having my 2008 Honda Accord EXL serviced on the previous Thursday (Jan 5th), about the situation of the dealer not being able to find the vehicle we wanted, to discover from him that there will be one available at the end of January. We came in the following Saturday (Jan 7th) hoping to receive the same deal or a similar one for the incoming vehicle, which we would put a deposit down on. I had initially asked to talk with Scott Parsons, but he was not available, so we were placed with David Barnhart, who knew nothing about the situation. We were quickly told by David, after consulting with the manager (Mike Donnellon), that the previous deal was off the table, with no offer to renegotiate. It was made clear by the sales manager Mike Donnellon, through David, that he was completely uninterested in dealing with us, and wanted us to go away. We were even accused of damaging one of the vehicles when we pulled in, which was not the case. (A dealer car pulled in next to us after we were already parked, and hit our door while it was open, fortunately not leaving any damage on either car). While we were preparing to leave and expressing our unhappiness (politely, not belligerently) to David, he received a call from Mike Donnellon basically telling him to not talk to us any more and essentially get rid of us. The dealership was not busy at this time, and most of the dealers were standing around outside chatting to each other, so I know it wasn't because we were taking away any business. On top of all this, Pete Bambach, who dealt with us previously and was rather rude to my husband at that time, made no attempt to talk to us or try to smooth over the situation. In fact, he smirked at us when he saw us arrive and made sure to avoid us. We would have been willing to work out a deal for an incoming vehicle, but they were not willing to work with us at all, and even pushed us out the door with the impression to never come back. We really do not understand what we could have done to prompt this type of treatment by them, other than being tenacious about negotiating a good deal on a new car, which we thought was the whole point of the dealership ideology. If they did not want to deal with us, there are much more diplomatic and polite ways to go about it. It's very poor business to alienate a current customer, especially one who wanted to be a repeat customer! I am stunned by the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness by some of the people involved, especially Mike Donnellon, who couldn't even deal with us personally, but hid behind his employees instead. I cannot express how incredibly disappointed I am in how we were treated. I purchased my 2008 Honda Accord EXL, new, from this dealership (which I was trying to trade in with them for the CR-V) and have had all the service work performed by them. Because of how we were treated, I will not be visiting this dealership again, either for servicing or future vehicle purchases. I am even considering not buying another Honda in the future. Zach Pauley and Charles made buying a new stress free. The process of the sales paperwork, which I've known to take forever at other dealers, was also quick and easy. All the forms were already typed out when I entered and all I had to do is sign. I brought the vehicle back in to add the accessories and Crystal in the service department was great. So far, dealing with Honda has been a great experience. More
