I came to Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence on Sat 2/18 and was greeted by Chris. I test drove a CRV and an Accord. While I was uncertain which I wanted, Chris was so patient and helpful during both test drive was greeted by Chris. I test drove a CRV and an Accord. I went back to drive the Accord again on Tuesday 2/21 and again he was patient, up front with me, and not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the Accord from Chris and the buying process with him was painless. After bad car shopping experiences in the past, I am glad I got to work with Chris. He made clear that in the end, he wanted me to be happy with my decision and I could tell he was genuine. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. When it comes to buying another new car I will definitely buy from Chris again! Thanks for making my first car purchase awesome! More

I drive my cars till they die...buying a new one very scary. My brother rec Honda and Jeff Wylers...so we went.....I had done some research on what type of car I liked and price range to expect and left scary. Excellent orientation to the car so I could take it home the same day, even in really bad weather, I felt comfortable. I love my Honda Fit. More
Great, friendly Sales staff. Very helpful and responsive leading up to sale of the vehicle regarding all associated costs, options, etc. Not pushy as with some sales folks. Corey was the best sales person that I have ever dealt with. Didn't pressure us into anything that we weren't looking for. We visited roughly 6 months ago and due to his impression, we came back. He was the only reason I didn't look at any other Honda dealers. The only reason I put a "good" rating on the overall experience is because I felt that they were trying to push the added warranty, oil change deal, and interior protectant a little too much. Once I said no I was not interested they still pushed. It wasn't Corey, but another Honda employee. I believe he was the business manager. The only reason I put a "good" rating on the price is because, well, who is every happy with the price of a new vehicle. From the get go, I was honest stating where I wanted to be. Corey worked his deal as best that he could. I wanted to sleep on it and decided to wait a little while. The next day, I received a call from Corey's suprior who tried to make a better deal closer to what I wanted. If they would have given me the deal I wanted to begin with, I still would have slept on it. It just bothers me that I got a call the next day with a price closer to what I was looking to spend. Nobody ever likes haggling for the price. More
Always friendly and professional. The car began making noises on a Saturday night, and they were able to fit me in first thing Monday morning. Matt estimated about 3 hours, and the car was done in 2 1/2. The waiting area is comfortable and clean with free coffee. It is also equipped with wi-fi which makes the wait go by much quicker! Another gentleman in the service area was walking around to make sure none of us needed anything. On top of it all, the problem with the car ended up being covered by an extended warranty, so the repair was free! I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence. More
I first visited Honda on a Saturday afternoon, and was not greeted after walking around the showroom for over 15 minutes. It was obvious that all the sales associates were busy with customers, and I felt not greeted after walking around the showroom for over 15 minutes. It was obvious that all the sales associates were busy with customers, and I felt as if they must be "giving away" the cars. I returned on a Monday when I was greeted immediately and my experience from then until pick-up of my purchased verhicle was smooth and pleasant. I am excited about the free car washes for a year, and hope I'll be around long enough to use their incredibly clean service area. More

Buying a used car always brings apprehension with it. While dealing with Chris that apprehension quickly evaporated. I found him to be very open and honest. I ask a lot of questions in order to form my opinion of the product and the sales person. The service provided was exemplary, the price was more than fair and quality of the car appeared to be excellent. We bought a car from Chris, and at the end of the entire process I have to say Chris impressed me more than any sales person I have ever purchased from. He was knowledgeable about the car, shared feedback from other owners, gave me a Car Fax before I asked for it, and offered his assistance as we may need it after the sale.
