We had been to 1 other dealership for Mazda. We were not overly impressed with the value. We drove across the street to look at Honda. We were met by Dan & we felt very comfortable. We really hadn't planned to purchase that day, but when you find something you really like, why wait? We felt we got a very fair price and will be happy to come again when looking for another car. They let me drive the cars I wanted to drive and didn't pressure me during the test drive or try to direct my experience with the vehicle. This is a tremendous advantage over my experience with other dealerships. They gave me time to come to my own decision and did attempt to "upsell" me at every turn. If they thought there were better alternatives to be considered, they would mention them, but they did not try to persuade me to purchase a vehicle or warranty that I didn't want to purchase. They were both very professional and I would gladly do business with them again. More
