I took my car into Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence recently to have my Civic looked at. In the past I used another dealership in Ohio where I had purchased my car but since this service seemed urgent, I chose to have my Civic looked at. In the past I used another dealership in Ohio where I had purchased my car but since this service seemed urgent, I chose to go local for once. I set-up my appointment online the day before and was able to get into the dealership for service the next day at lunch time with no issues. My car was finished about 3 hours later and ready for pick-up. Given what needed to be done, this was very timely. They called me before the service was done and gave me an honest opinion on what needed to be done and what didn't. Having the service done next day was great. Dylan was very friendly and kept in touch through the whole process. She took the time during my pick-up to explain in detail what was done and to go over other various things (maintenance intervals, warranties, etc.). It was a very personable experience. I will be back!!! More
