I requested a quote via email from all of the Cincinnati area Honda dealers, and his was the best quote. I got a good deal (even better than the Edmunds.com TMV price). The only snag in the process was a mixup in the VIN number on the original paperwork, so I had to sign everything all over again, but they made it go a lot faster the second time when I picked up the car the next day. I definitely recommend. More

I got a new battery for my 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid all for nothing since it was under warranty. The day I got this done, there were some computer systems that were not working. I was offered a ride back t for nothing since it was under warranty. The day I got this done, there were some computer systems that were not working. While I was surfing their new and used inventory I spoke with one of their online operators and gave her my information. I was contacted immediately by Katherine Collier. She was great and answered all of our questions.  When we went up to meet with her she was if finishing up with another customer and left us in David's hand until she could get to us. We was shocked to get financing thru "Honda Corporation" with a great payment due to the hard work of Chan in the financing dept. Kathy, was absolutely wonderful! They maximized our trade in and we drove home in my ultimate vehicle......an Odyssey Van!
