Our 2005 Odyssey needed to go in for a simple recall item. While it was at the dealership, I asked the service department to give me an estimate on some other needed (and overdue) items. I'm a natural skeptic, and I was expecting the van to be in the shop for a few days and an outrageous quote for the other items. I was bracing for a $1,500-$2,000 estimate. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. I received a call about an hour after I dropped off the van, and I was given several options regarding the other service items. I felt like I was being treated fairly and honesty. After I found a coupon on the dealer's website, the overall quote came in under $1,000. Sure, nobody wants to spend $1,000 on car service, but I felt as if this was a very fair quote. I decided to go forward with all of the service items knowing that the vehicle would be treated with top-level service. The best part is that the van was ready before 6pm...the same day! Paul Conrad was outstanding to work with. He and the other service members have a positive attitude, and they approached my repairs as if it were their own vehicle. I can honestly say that I'm not as sour about taking the van back to the dealership for service items. I'll certainly be returning for future service needs. Regards, Brian Gardner Hebron, KY More
Our buying experience at Wyler was somewhat long (most of 2 days) but in the end although we spent more money than planned, we are quite pleased with the new car selection you all helped us make. Very nice gentleman at the end of the row of employees, can't recall his name but he helped me with my service needs very thouroughly making sure that I understood the ramifications of purchasing 1 tire th can't recall his name but he helped me with my service needs very thouroughly making sure that I understood the ramifications of purchasing 1 tire that I needed to replace for the damamged tire even though this would give me less traction going into the winter months he let me know that I was still safe with my current tire tread depths since I was still above halfway point of wear. I appreciated his candid and honest information. He even came out to get my card to handle payment for me and brought the card and receipt back to me at the table as I gathered up my belongings and turned off my computer. The entire visit was pleasant and everyone was very nice! More
