Always a good experience eventhough this time I had to spend some money on brake pads. I remarked how comfortable they make us ladies feel in a place where we usually feel like we don't belong. We went in to purchase a new Pilot before Christmas. Paul was our sales person and was very helpful. We were ready to buy so it was not a difficult sales pitch but he was patient and I felt like he was genui was our sales person and was very helpful. We were ready to buy so it was not a difficult sales pitch but he was patient and I felt like he was genuinely trying to help us. Dan was also involved when the negotiations began. I was prepared for a fight but there was no an aggressive negotiation or high pressure sales pitch. There was a small mix-up when the promotional interest rate quoted was not what was on the website but they figured it out and we got the interest rate we wanted. Overall it was a very stress free purchase experience. The most pressure we got was from the finance paperwork guy who pressed us to buy the extended warranty but this was cancelled out by Paul and his helpful and friendly approach to sales. More
