This is my third red Honda Accord. John Booth made the purchase experience very easy. He recognized and addressed all my concerns. I was looking for a new car to replace my Honda. My old car was worn down from years of love me and my children put on the car. I wasn't sure if I could qualify for a new car and was completely apprehensiv car was worn down from years of love me and my children put on the car. The salesman, Mike Mikles, listened to my concerns and patiently explained the pros and cons to leasing a vehicle and also did an excellent job of showing me my options in doing either. He was very knowledgeable in Honda products and in the entire finance process as a whole. He understood my perimeters in which my price point had to stay and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision that I wasn't comfortable with. In the past, dealerships have put pressure on me and made me feel as though I was getting the run around. Mike was friendly and very considerate to me and my children. His fellow coworker, John Booth, even went and brought my children coloring books to color in as we waited for financing and the banks to reply, which was an awesome distraction for them and a nice break for me from trying to reign them in! My children and I left the dealership with a new 2012 Honda Accord EX on a lease well within my price range and with the comfort in knowning when my lease is up in 3 years I'll be going back to a dealership that really took time to make me feel comfortable in the entire process! Great people and a great atmosphere for buying an essential part of a family's life!! More

Had a great experience with the Honda Sales Team. We (my brother and sis-in-law were helping me) had just come from 2 other dealerships on my search for a new (used) car. My first Salesman was Paul. I was l brother and sis-in-law were helping me) had just come from 2 other dealerships on my search for a new (used) car. My first Salesman was Paul. I was looking for a small used car and Paul showed me the Civic, Corolla, and even a Scion (which really helped and saved me a trip to that dealership). He was very patient as I test drove all of them around the parking lot. I liked the Corolla the best of that group, really had no complaints about it, but for some reason it just didn't feel like the car for me. Paul then convinced me to at least look at the 2012/2013 Fit. I was aiming for a used car, but figured I would just humor him since he had been so helpful. All I can say is Thank You Paul for talking me into sitting in one. It just felt right the minute I sat down. Even though it was a new car, it jumped straight to the top of my list. Unfortunately, I still had one more dealership to check out. As much as I loved the Fit, I wanted to make sure I saw all my options before deciding. What I really loved about Honda is that they didn't swamp me with numbers and deals when I mentioned that I had one more stop to make. They listened as I explained I wanted to check out a few more cars and even wished me luck in finding the perfect car for me (even if it wasn't theirs). That right there made my day. The other dealerships I had been to made me feel pressured and panicky when I wouldn't sign something right away. Now to be truthful, the last stop had the car brand I've always wanted. And for the first time, they had a model in my price range. I was really looking forward to that last stop and hoped it lived up to the hype. Both cars were so similar, it came down to little things (like, door locks in the center as opposed to on the door, armrest console vs no armrest). The Fit beat my dream car. Now while we were there, I was bullied into test driving another car similar to my dream car and the Fit. This salesperson was very pushy, wouldn't take no for an answer, and didn't listen to me when I explained I didn't want a 2-door, I need a 4-door because of the kids. All he really did was show me the difference between the other salespeople I had dealt with that day and Honda's salespeople. So, I 'test drove' that car straight to Honda. I pulled it up to the Fit to compare. Here is where I had Cody as a salesperson. Paul was with another customer, so Cody was helping me out until he was done. He helped us compare the cars and was completely honest with us. There was no 'Honda is better' comments I would expect from a salesperson. He truly helped us compare the cars one point after another. He won us over with the Magic fold up back seats. Now the choice was between the Basic or the Sport. Cody actually went and got another salesperson to help explain the details he wasn't sure about. That really impressed me. That's when we were introduced to Bud (Paul was still with another customer). Bud was a wonderful, helpful, funny salesman. He was always making me smile or laugh. He is the one we ended up closing the deal with. After an 11 hour day (plus 3 from the day before), I was the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Fit Sport in Blue Raspberry. I know that this was kind of a long review, but I just want you (Honda) to know that your salespeople were excellent. I dealt with not one, not two, but three different salespeople during the process of buying one of your vehicles. All three of them were the best and allowed me to come to a decision on my own without any pressure from them. It's hard to find one salesperson that isn't (for me) pushy or overwhelming, but at Jeff Wyler Honda, I found three. Thank you for the easy and best experience of my long day car shopping. Thank you again, S.P. P.S. Had to stop by the next day for my armrest console to be installed. I was told when I made my appointment that it would be an hour and a half installation. The Service team was very helpful and was able to get me finished in 45 minutes. Thanks Chris. You were awesome! More
The Jeff Wyler Honda Service Department has exceeded my expectations yet again and for me it all starts with Customer Service. Dylan in the Servvice Department was great! My only complaint: I had a 9:00 appt for a recall notice and my car wasn't done until 2:30. I didn't think it would take that long.
