I have loved Honda's since I bought my first one in 1988, a Civic. Since then I have owned 3 Odyssey's, a Ridgeline, and the Honda Fit. Made the mistake of buying a competitors car and hated it. Will never leave Honda again and the whole team at Jeff Wyler is a big part of that, from sales to service, they are all fantastic. More

Outstanding buying experience! Scott Brunner was knowledgable about the inventory and very easy to work with. Best salesman I've delt with in many years and is a perfect example of being an outstand knowledgable about the inventory and very easy to work with. Best salesman I've delt with in many years and is a perfect example of being an outstanding ambassador to the company. I hope it'll be awhile before I need another car but when I do, I'll be back. We were looking to buy a car two weekends ago, and had already visited the Honda lot on that Saturday. We saw a few cars we were interested in, but no one came out to assist us, so we decided to come back already visited the Honda lot on that Saturday. We saw a few cars we were interested in, but no one came out to assist us, so we decided to come back the next day. On Sunday, we arrive around 4:20. No one comes to assist again, so after we look at the cars again, we go to get a salesman. As my mother approaches the entrance, she notices an employee on the inside running towards to door to lock them. She got there first though and asked for help in Used Cars. This is where she meets Mr. Hollenkamp. He says, "I've already sent all my salesmen home, if you can make a deal quickly, fine." She explains that we are very interested in buying, if the deal is right. They walk up to the used cars where my father and I are looking at a 2010 Honda Accord. Mr. Hollenkamp walks up and says, "Guys we're about to close. If you can make a deal quickly, we can get you in a car." And I asked him, "How much are you asking for this one?" He says, "Do you have a smart phone?" I said, "Yes, but it is dead right now." He said, "Just scan this image right here. The price will show up for all of the cars." Scan it with my dead phone? I turn to look inside the car again, and look up to ask him a question and he's already walking away! I guess Jeff Wyler in Florence isn't in the business of selling cars... or they are only in that business when it is convenient for the salesman? We went on to buy a car from a dealership in Indianapolis, no thanks to this rude salesman. He refused to give us prices, instead told us to "scan the image." If your salesman had assisted us when we arrived (40 minutes before closing), we might have bought from Jeff Wyler instead of the dealer in Indianapolis. More

Scott was a pleasure to deal with! He made buying a car a great experience. He spent so much time going over the car and helping with any questions.
