Decided to shop for a car in August 2013. Was planning to look at several dealerships. Our first stop was at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence, Ky. We met John Booth who introduced us to the Accord models. With the style of the cars and Mr. Booth's straight forward honest approach on information. It was plain to realize that our shopping for cars was over. On August 28th we purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Sport. We were thinking of a six (6) cylinder model but decided on four (4). I can honestly say I am surprised at the performance. We made a trip to the Smokey Mountains loaded with four (4) adults and a trunk full of luggage and had great engine performance and great gas mileage. Chan Dambaugh was very helpful with providing finance information. Both John Booth and Chan Dambaugh were very pleasant and polite. There was never any high pressure to make a purchase. Nothing but helpful information to get the car we dreamed for. More

I know I have reviewed this Dealership and their Service Department and Body Shop before....but I would like to just give a brief up-date and thank you to a few people for my most recent experiences. Again, I am not one to give "Written Reviews"....but when it is "due", I will. 1) 8/22/13...I took my 1998 Prelude into see Matt for a follow-up inspection of my vehicle......his Team placed dye into my oil to check for some oil leaks (on a previous visit) I have been concerned about. Matt's Team did find a lot of oil leaks / old gaskets that have just worn-out over time. This also included the Timing Belt that accumulated oil on it from the leaks. Overall, it was a large job !!! Matt and his Team had the Prelude parts ordered / installed / stayed late (8/23/13) to have my vehicle back to me for the weekend !!! That is fast / efficient and a great professional job. I never expected "Matt and the Mechanics" (lol) to have my vehicle done that quick due to the size of the job.....but they got it done and surprised me !!! A BIG Thank YOU to Matt and his Mechanic Team. Great Job !!! Runs Great ! 2) 8/28/13....Stopped into see Mike Rose at the Body Shop and confirm that it is now "ok" to get the hood of my Prelude waxed since it is a new paint job. Mike kindly took the time to explain a great product to look for that would keep my hood of the Prelude looking GREAT....also rest of the vehicle. That night I went out, tried to find the particular product, and did not find it. I wrote Mike an email that night letting him know I did go out to look for the recommended product and could not find it. Amanda (Mike's Assistant / Body Shop Employee), on 8/29/13 in the morning....had an email to me telling me exactly where to get the product !!! She explained that Mike called the location the product was at and Amanda gave me directions how to get there to the store. I picked the product up and was told by the shop owners that, "Mike from Honda asked us to hold this for you." Now that is Customer Service.....from A to Z ! Thanks Mike and Amanda. 3) I have been working with Gina, of the Finance Department, on a few minor questions regarding financing and she has been excellent in either helping me get the answers or finding them out for me. A big thank you to Gina for her Customer Service and follow-through. 4) Finally, back to Matt Bergelt......Thank you Matt for ordering (8/28/13) a part I needed so fast and getting it installed (8/30/13) so quick (25 mins.) on 8/30/13.......a thank you again to his Mechanic(s) !!!! Still runs great at 185,000 miles !!!! _________________________________________ Here is a letter I submitted to the Body Shop in reference to Michael Rose / Bryan Wood and Amanda: Hello Mr. Rose, Even thought I just got off the phone with Amanda thanking your body shop there at Florence Wyler Honda for the wonderful job of bringing my 1998 Prelude "back to life".......I wanted to personally thank you and rest of your crew.....Amanda yet again, Bryan Wood and yourself for the superior service and craftsmanship in fixing my Prelude !!! I am sure you see a ton of vehicles for repair and estimates but briefly mine repairs were as follows: 1) A hit-and-run to the right front quarter panel area with a nice gouge mark taken out of the front bumper and a knocked out marker light. 2) A co-worker at my place of employment then backed into my Prelude and did a good bit of damage to the left side of my front bumper and crushed in my left side quarter panel. 3) And over the years since the Prelude is a 1998 (approximately 15 years old as of November 2013), the paint on the hood of the vehicle withstood all it could take....acid rain, small hail, rust, bird droppings and a brief time in Southern Florida heat / UV rays...and it is mainly always parked outside..........in other words.....it now looks just like a showroom finished paint job. Thank you / Thank you / Thank you !!!! What a great gloss and appearance it has now !!! Feel free sir to pass my compliments onto your bosses and any of the men and women that worked on my vehicle !!!!! I will be back again for some minor rear body work (caused by age) in the future. You may also use this to show any of your future clients if they would like references for your shop. (Please redact my customer number and address and phone if shown to potential clients---for privacy purposes). Again marvelous job at setting up everything up.....the estimates / clearance with insurance (Safeco and my State Farm Agents), ordering parts, having Enterprise Rental Car ready for me with a vehicle......everything.... and it only took five days to complete the work !!!!
