This was my first visit to Jeff Wyler Honda to purchase a used car for my daughter and her family...and it will not be my last. Car shopping is usually an unpleasant experience, except occasionally you find a sales person and dealership with exceptional sales skills to provide the necessary information, but not apply high pressure occasionally you find a sales person and dealership with exceptional sales skills to provide the necessary information, but not apply high pressure to the customer to close a deal. There were 6 or 7 Honda dealers within 50 miles that I could have visited but decided to buy from Jeff Wyler Honda because of the sales team. We had visited 4 other dealers of Fords and Toyotas with a lot of valuable time wasted in the process. In the final negotiations on net price Marty worked with us to arrive at a win/win price on our new Honda. I always do my homework and I am a tough negotiator. Most of our contact was with email and the sales team was very responsive. At no time during the process were we ever pressured to hurry up and make a decision. We just love our new Honda. My wife is very particular about the comfort of the passenger seat. The Honda was the best in that department after testing out Fords and Toyota. This dealer will get all of my service business in the future as I can already tell they run a first class operation. I took the new Honda back to the dealer to have the Door edge guards installed and I swear the service department floor was so clean you could almost eat off it. Jeff Wyler has certainly earned my business. More

We were completely satisfied and had no second thoughts on our final purchase. My husband and I had shopped a nearby competitor on the same day, test driving several vehicles. We felt we had to give Honda a shot before we purchased and we are very glad we did. We own several Honda's already and as soon as we walked thru the doors it was like coming home. I was at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence recently for a routine oil change / tire rotation. But I was immediately struck by how friendly and courteous the service department was. They just made you feel routine oil change / tire rotation. But I was immediately struck by how friendly and courteous the service department was. They just made you feel welcome and took their time, but the oil change was fast, so that was great. Unfortunately, I did not lease my Honda in 2012 from them - which I regret. I used a dealership in Ohio, which is fine but not convenient, and I like Jeff Wyler more. If I release a Honda or buy one in the future, I will mostly likely use Jeff Wyler. P Burkett More

Just leased a Fit last Saturday. It was a simple no hassle transaction. Everything was taken care of, including obtaining an insurance card for the vehicle. This same dealer replaced the entire engine free of charge.on my daughter's 2006 Honda Civic due to a defect in the engine block. My car did not start properly and one could hear that the starter did have a hard time turning the engine on. So I brought the to service and told them to please check the starter. A week later the car died completly. They refused to arrange something to pick me up or organise towing. I ended up changing the starter myself. It works now. So with no expierience and internet one is better off as with them. More
