This past week, I had to bring our van in to the service department because of low tire pressure and came to find there was a nail in the tire. I worked with Chrystal and she was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help research our extended warranty for any coverage. I have been a Honda owner since 2004 and have always taken my car to be serviced at Jeff Wyler Florence. The entire service department has ALWAYS been accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new car because they are high quality, dependable cars with fantastic service. More
I bought my new accord here, it was a great experience but when I went in to get my first service (oil change and tire rotation). I left and about half way to my house my tire pressure light came on. First time I ever seen the light since owning my new car. Upon getting home someone was extremely sloppy on checking my pressure and adding air as my two front tires were around 20-22 psi. Upon calling the guy I spoke with didn't seem to interested. The fact that this is my first time paying for service at your dealership is kinda concerning if they can't check tire pressure. I do not believe I will be returning for further services for my car. More

This service department sets the bar very high for great service as well as friendliness. We have had recent experience with another manufacturer/another dealer and we now know how good we have it with you service as well as friendliness. And the service representative is not friendly. We are very spoiled by you guys.
