I brought my Odyssey in because I thought the transmission was making a whining noise.I explained the problem to Zell,he said he would have it checked out.After a short wait he said problem was w transmission was making a whining noise.I explained the problem to Zell,he said he would have it checked out.After a short wait he said problem was with the power steering pump & rack.Zell was very nice,said he had to order parts,would take a couple of weeks.In about 2 weeks I brought it back,they said it would take 3 to 4 hours,was offered a ride home but alredy had a ride.In about 4 hours they called me and said they did not have correct rack would order it and should be in next day.He said he was very sorry wanted to know if I needed a car,told him we were in good shape with our 2013 Accord.Zell called next day,said I was ready to go.Cannot tell you how nice Zell was to work with.He said he would get my van as it was on the other side of the building,I said no problem I could get it.Zell took me to the van,shook my hand and thanked me for my business.It was a very good experience. My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our experience at Jeff Wyler. We had the extreme pleasure of working with Chad Jasper. My wife and I have dealt with a lot of salesmen in our time, and those pushy, at Jeff Wyler. We had the extreme pleasure of working with Chad Jasper. My wife and I have dealt with a lot of salesmen in our time, and those pushy, condescending experiences have made us dislike dealing with salesmen over all. That said, Chad was a completely different world. From the moment he made contact with us he was polite and sincere. Even when we told him, "Man, there's just nothing here that catches our eye." Chad said, "I have access to nearly 5000 vehicles, why don't you come inside and let me try to help you find something." Reluctantly, we agreed. Sufficed to say, Chad was determined and persistent without appearing pushy, condescending, or desperate. Eventually my wife and I found vehicles we liked in the online inventory, and Chad and his manager Pete jumped through hoops to get the vehicles to us so we could check them out. Ultimately, Chad stuck with us the entire day, and basically catered to our every need. Chad advised us he has been on the sales team only a month, and already...he is doing it RIGHT. This kid has a great future ahead of him in the business, and I fuly intend to refer all of my family and friends to him directly. At the end of the day, my wife and I EACH walked out of the dealership with a vehicle that we fell in love with. Great job Chad! Keep up the good work, brother. More

I am so pleased with the service I received at Jeff Wyler Honda Florence. Before I went I had narrowed my new car choices to a CRV or a Kia Sportage. I stopped at Honda first. Chad Jasper greeted us outsid Honda Florence. Before I went I had narrowed my new car choices to a CRV or a Kia Sportage. I stopped at Honda first. Chad Jasper greeted us outside. Right away he struck me as friendly and genuine, not at all like the "car salesman vulture" image that my mind envisions. I told Chad what I was looking for and asked a few questions about Honda, and he really sold me on the brand with his knowledge and brand loyalty. I felt comfortable talking with him and not at all pressured. After he pointed out key features of the CRV, he handed me the key and we took a nice test drive. At that point, I didn't even care to go to Kia. Mike Ingram worked hard to get us the financing we needed and I got to bring my new ride home! I am thrilled with my car, thrilled with the entire experience, and will definitely recommend Chad to friends and family. Not only did he impress me on the lot, but he has been phenomenal with follow up and making sure I'm happy. It's hard to find good customer service these days, but so far at Jeff Wyler, my experience has been that they are top notch. More
