Air Conditoning problem I came into the dealership with my 2008 Honda Civic. I was having a problem with my air conditioner. John Booth was my dealer and he saw right away that I was a ball of nerves. He calmed me down, explained things in a relaxed and thorough manner. He told me all of my options and didn't push any of them. He was level and honest with me and I didn't feel coerced or taken advantage of at all. I know he was interested in making commission but he was also interested in helping me make a decision that was right for me. David was my finance guy and he was funny and straight forward. My overall experience was fantastic and I would recommend John as a dealer hands down. More

The most important considerations were: I had to see over the dashboard, the driver's seat had to be comfortable, and it had to be quiet on the road. I considered a Prius, an Accord, and a CRV. Mike showed the two Honda cars and explained the good things about the Accord and the CRV. He was easy to contact and easy to work with. I selected an Accord, with an electric driver's seat. I added rubber mats because the carpet maps get very dirty and are hard to clean after a while. And I added window visors because I think they look classy. My car is maroon and looks very elegant. Mike was an excellent salesperson and I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs a car (or would like a car). Except for the price, which my husband thinks was too high, my experience at Honda with Mike Mikles was outstanding. More
