In the morning, Steve in service called me with a summary of my problem and an estimate for the repair. Steve then called me several hours later to tell me I had a more serious problem that really needed to be addressed. He was able to find a coupon for me to apply to the final bill. I have had help from Steve on other occasions and appreciate his letting me know if something is urgent or can wait. I am always treated with dignity and respect. The service staff are professional, neat, courteous and communicate any changes to what was told/expected. Steve even called a few days later to ask if things were running better and if I had any concerns/questions. More

Extremely friendly and polite from start to finish. Was impressed at how organized and clean it was for a service department. While waiting on my car I was able to speak with my salesperson, Brenda Williams, regarding options on my currently leased car. She was able to answer all of my questions and provide additional information in regards to my next purchase/lease of a car. Before I knew it my car was ready and the service employee came to find me and inform me my car was ready but to take my time (with Brenda). Overall a very pleasant experience. I'd definitely go back for service and to buy/lease another car in the future. More

First Cory met us at the door with a warm and friendly smile and introduced himself. He showed us a few we liked and off on a rest drive we went. I loved the car and when we got back I loved the price he gave us even more. Easy financing and it was all so quick. From start to end maybe less than 2 hrs. Never have I had such a great experience buying a car let alone a brand new one. I would definitely recommend Jeff wyler honda of Florence and please ask for Cory he is a great guy and so easy to deal with. No pressure sales and he even returned our rental car for us. He offered us coffee and water while we waited and made us feel extremely comfortable while we got the car we wanted for a great price and a awesome apr!!! Papers signed and a new Civic in our garage. We visited this dealership twice before making up our minds on which car was perfect for us. We talked to two different dealers, not by choice, but un We visited this dealership twice before making up our minds on which car was perfect for us. We talked to two different dealers, not by choice, but under the circumstances it just worked out that way. The first dealer that we met was Shawn McGreevy. He was very nice and respectable. Not forceful or misleading. We had a car in mind, Honda Civic Coupe, and he brought up the car we ended up buying. He didn't rush us about going for a ride, but instead showed us ever part of the car. Trunk, dash, interior, and of course the engine. We talked car talk for a little bit and he seemed to know his stuff about the vehicle, which was reinsuring. After the test drive and the a little discussion about what was right for my fiance and I, we decided to continue checking out other dealerships in the area. A week or two went by and we finally made our decision on who we wanted to buy from. My fiance informed her father about the car and the dealership, along with the car dealer, but he took it upon himself to start from scratch with negotiation and bargaining. A couple more days went by and he came up with a walk out price and a different dealer. When we showed back up to the dealership, we were welcomed and I was informed by her father that he was in contact with Marty Addison about the vehicle. If it was up to me, we would have continued our purchase with Shawn, since he was the first one we talked to, but negotiation was done by her father and Marty online. Anyways, we asked for Marty and he had the car waiting for us when we arrived. While we waited for him to meet us, we oversaw the car to make sure it was what she wanted. Once Marty came out to meet us, he shook our hand, was polite and seemed happy to see us. My fiance and I really had no clue what was discussed between him and her father, so we had to wait for her father to show up and continue discussions about the vehicle. It was already set in our minds that we were coming home with the Civic one way or another. Her father arrived after five minutes of getting to know Marty. Of course, Marty also showed us the car and informed us of some savings plans or deals going on that we were not aware of while we were waiting. But numbers were already taken care of by her father. Once he arrived, we proceeded to his office to discuss the paperwork. Marty and her father went back and forth with rates and options. After about 15 minutes of bargaining, we began the background checks and paperwork information. The whole process took about three hours to complete. We all were exhausted, but satisfied with the result. While we were finalizing the paperwork, Marty washed the car inside and out, twice because he wasn't satisfied with the first result. Marty met us in the front with the keys, helped my fiance with hooking up her phone to the bluetooth, and we all left the dealership with a smile on our face. My fiance with the biggest smile of course. Our overall experience was 5 out of 5. Shawn and Marty were both very helpful and resectable dealers. Marty answered my questions about the specs and details on the Civic that I was concerned about, engine, transmission, oil, etc. We didn't have any concern once we left the dealership. I feel that once the time comes for us to get another car, I would consider visiting Jeff Wyler again because of how they treated us the first time. Thank you for everything. More

We did not tell Eric that we needed two cars on our initial visit as we wanted genuine customer service and he exceeded our expectations from the first encounter with him. He listened to our needs with the first car and gave us exactly what we requested within our budget limitations. When we returned for the second car, once again he surpassed what we expected as he was exceedingly patient with me. The second car was to be for my college student, and she was treated with respect and given time and attention even though I was the one purchasing for her. Eric was selling both to the mom and daughter and was highly professional and respectable to both of us, he also displayed a very flexible communication style while reaching across an age gap to sell to both parent and child. In the midst of test driving and going through the paper work for my daughter, my heart and mind kept going back to a car that I had immediately fallen in love with and yet my daughter rejected. Eric heard where my heart really was and stopped the process and took me for a test drive. I understand that he could of just kept going through the paperwork to get one sell down and get on with the next. But his style is clearly above and beyond the "quick sell mentality." I came away with a beautiful Honda Accord Two Door - fully loaded, leather interior.... with a price that was under value listing. Simply put Eric is an amazing, service orientated sales person. One of a dying breed it seems in this world. He will posture you to expect excellence and will not allow you to settle for less. When my daughter is done with my old car we definitely will be back to see Eric. More

There was no pressure and the staff was very accomodating. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service that I received. I would definately recommend them to anyone. More

He asked me again and again if I had any questions when going over all the features of the Odyssey and there were many! His patience was also a added quality. The sales manager was professional and dealt with us a in easy going manner. The finance officer (Chan) went out of his way to meet at a convenient location to pick up additional papers that were needed to complete the transaction, such a help and unexpected service. What is most important to us in buying a vehicle is honesty and integrity and we felt it was evident in our transaction with the Jeff Wyler staff. More
