But almost immediately when I was on line I received a polite phone call from Chad Jasper asking how he could help me. My old car had just broken down again and I desperately needed another one...Chad really went above and beyond usual service, even offering to come pick me up at home since I had no vehicle. The whole process from beginning to end was such a delight since I never expected to be driving home in a safe and reliable car that same day. Everyone from the Ofc. Mgr, the Finance person and cust service gave me a wonderful experience. It's so nice to be going in to cold weather knowing I can rely on my car....Thanks again everyone and especially Chad!!!!!!!!
