But almost immediately when I was on line I received a polite phone call from Chad Jasper asking how he could help me. My old car had just broken down again and I desperately needed another one...Chad really went above and beyond usual service, even offering to come pick me up at home since I had no vehicle. The whole process from beginning to end was such a delight since I never expected to be driving home in a safe and reliable car that same day. Everyone from the Ofc.
