I've been without a vehical for over a month and wasn't sure I was going to get one any time soon. It was becoming very annoying to try and find a ride to work, church or the store; and I spent my wasn't sure I was going to get one any time soon. I filled out the credit application on line and within 10 minutes I recieved a call from Mr. John Reed. John was very pleasant and understanding, his exact words were "I'm going to work hard for you and I promise we're going to get you in a car by the end of the day". Not that I didn't have cofidence in God or Mr. Reed, but I knew my circumstances with my credit and no money to put down on a car. At the end of the day, Mr. Reed didn't break his promise, not only did he fulfill his promise, but he was so wonderful to work with. He made me laugh in a situation that was very stressful and scary, this was a huge step for me and my mentally challenged son. Although it was challenging for Mr. Reed and I was very undecisive, Mr. Reed never made me feel pressured or unconfortable, he made the process so much easier. I will and have recommended Mr. Reed to ALL of my family and friends. And.... when I decide to purchase another car, I will not hesitate to contact John Reed. More

I spent three days at the car dealership and each time Dakota was the salesperson that helped me. I spent a lot of time trying to pick out the perfect car for myself that would be affordable. I came into the dealership hoping to trade in my old car for a new one and was able to work out the price so it was affordable for me. Dakota was very helpful in working with me on a price and going back and forth to see if a better deal could be made. Dakota seemed to be very experienced and knowledgeable in the work he does and knew a lot about all the cars that were available. He was very friendly and made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible. He was constantly offering me drinks and he even ordered a pizza while I was there and offered me that as well. The color of car I wanted was not available on their lot so he checked with another dealership and within two hours the car was on their lot getting ready for me to drive off in it. The car was perfectly detailed and Dakota made sure to go over everything in the car with me before I left. Everyone on the sales floor was very friendly and helpful.
