This is my second Cadillac but my first purchase with Jeff Wyler Cadillac. I had a problem with my first Cadillac and even though I didn't purchse from Jeff Wyler, Harold McPeek helped me resolve my pro Jeff Wyler Cadillac. Jason Baer was very courteous and responded professionally to all my questions. On a very cold freezing day, he met my needs in test driving a 2014 Maxima without any problems. My wife enjoyed a test drive as well, where she fell in love with the Maxima model and decided that it was the car for us! Putting our new Maxima to use for our family has already saved us in fuel costs in comparison to the Trailblazer we've owned since 2004 and that is a huge bonus to us with the costs of high gas prices! We surprised our 2 kids with the new car and how happy they've become with it, words can't describe! I was searching around and sent in quite a few inquiries on cars and a few called back, but soon lost interest in working with me when they found out I didn't have employment or good credit. Duke sent me an e-mail and gave me a call back right away, and even after I told him about my situation he was still positive and said he was going to try his best to work with me. He worked with me over the phone and helped me find a few cars that would fit my needs and budget, then worked on his end to find the best way to get financing for me. My husband co-signed with me and I drove off the lot today with a brand new (to me) car that met all the requirements I asked him to help me find. Duke and Jeff Wyler treat you with respect and curtsey even when your not the ideal (credit/job) customer. After I agreed on the car I wanted and they cleaned it up, it was noticed that there was a chip in the glass, they let me know that they would be fixing that for me as well at no extra cost and this is a used car not new. I am and was very impressed with this and am very happy to be a customer. More

Had my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light come on my dashboard during this rough cold snap this winter, after multiple attempts at ensuring my tires were indeed inflated appropriately, and after a on my dashboard during this rough cold snap this winter, after multiple attempts at ensuring my tires were indeed inflated appropriately, and after an opinion with a local mechanic friend I knew, we concluded there was likely a TPMS malfunction at stake and we all agreed that would best be served by the authorized dealership. I'd been coming to Jeff Wyler Nissan since 2008 as I consistently appreciate their customer service, friendliness, quality of communications and pricing I can deal with. Jess helped me this time, although I'd also had very good experiences with Delton in the past. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful, gave me quotes for the initial trouble shooting, then was very reasonable when he had to approach me with the bad news of having one of my TPMS sensors blown (again, it's been a hard winter, I don't fault the 5 year old Altima). The service bay waiting area is decently equipped, I could telecommute from their waiting area via my work laptop and their free wireless provision. They fixed my car within a couple hours and I'm once again a happy customer. I would buy from this dealership based on their excellent service bay alone. Thanks for your help Jess! More
The experience at this location is always great. I took my car in for repairs. Jess was courteous, friendly and professional. He kept me informed what was being done to get my car back on the road. He also put me in touch with Jason from sales because he saw how much I loved the Nissan loaner I had while my car was being repaired. Jason and Jeremy worked hard to try and get me into the new car I wanted. we could not make it happen now but it will. Both these guys made me feel important and that is great customer service. Like I said before I have never had a bad experience at this location, sad (because I have to wait on that 2013 Nissan Altima) but not bad at all. More
