Mr. Caldwell really worked with me. He was great with my boys. He made sure they had something to draw on and he gave them something to drink and some cookies to keep them occupied. When I completed my supplier discount certificate my information was sent directly to the dealership. Harold emailed me right away offering his assistance and he sent me several emails with pictures of information was sent directly to the dealership. He offered to come in on his off day or to stay late if I needed. I had been visiting several dealerships and communicating with a few salesmen online but the moment I actually spoke to Harold I knew he was who I wanted to purchase my vehicle from. He made me feel at ease from the very beginning. He also informed me that if they did not have what I wanted, he could find and get it for me. He was very patient, friendly, and he made my car buying experience very comfortable. After completing all the paperwork, he had my new vehicle washed, gassed up, with a pretty bow and sign on it. Then he took the extra steps to show me how to operate and program my new vehicle and set up on-star for me. I could go on and on about how satisfied I was with my experience at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac. Harold has excellent customer service skills and I would recommend all of my family and/or friends to him!! More

BIG Kudos to Jeff Wyler Kia Dealership. My sister an I had a bad experience at Jake Sweeny dealing with a sales consultant that was very rude and tried to pressure my sister into a bad deal. On a humble w had a bad experience at Jake Sweeny dealing with a sales consultant that was very rude and tried to pressure my sister into a bad deal. On a humble we came to this dealership. Raymond Richards was our first encounter when we arrived. He was very polite and professional and made us feel welcomed. I always say first impression is the best indicator. I was on guard due to our previous experience that evening at Jake Sweeny, however Mr. Raymond's professional, and business demeanor quickly eased my fears. Mr. Richard’s introduced my sister and myself to his manager. Mr. Richard's and his manager both listened to what our needs were despite it being the end of business day. That’s what I call going above and beyond. I'm sure they were ready to go home and enjoy their families. Mr. Richard and the manager took my sister information and made us feel comfortable a deal could be made that was feasible for my sister and beneficial for the dealership. We left that evening feeling as if we were in good hands. The next day we returned and was able to secure the deal. My sister was able to get a great car. BIG, BIG Thanks to Mr. Raymond, who maintained professional and courteous anwsering ALL my questions and I had a lot of questions that needed answers, his manager and Ryan Melnert who closed the deal. You all worked very hard and brought your A game forward in customer service. I believe it was Ryan that quoted a quote from Mr. Wyler. I'm going to paraphrase, We are in the customer service business that just happens to sell cars. SO So true. Keep this concept and you will continue to build great relationships in the community you serve that will in return bring in great profits for your business!! I bought a 2012 Dodge Challenger from this place, where it was nice at polished up only to notice that the trunk button had been shoved through the dashboard, the weather stripping under the hood was loose it was nice at polished up only to notice that the trunk button had been shoved through the dashboard, the weather stripping under the hood was loose and came loose when going down the highway and to make the experience even worse, when the car was salt covered (as we all were this winter) a very significant defect showed up on the front, passenger side bumper. The car had obviously been either hit with something or had hit something, then simply, as their own auto body expert pointed out, "hand brushed over with paint". They, of course, denied any liability for the damage and refused to make good on their deed of selling me a damaged vehicle. I do know the term, "buyer beware" very well however, I cannot believe the complete lack of integrity in selling damaged goods to an unsuspecting customer. During my visit to have what they would make good on I also had found out the car had been in a rear end collision while the sticker on the car had stated that the vehicle was "CarFax approved." It wasn't until my visit there that I was told that a Carfax report should have been presented to me. If I had known of this vehicle's condition, I never would have entertained the purchase. In a very strained economy where we are now thriving on Customer Satisfaction for what's most important, repeat business, I will certainly never give thought to buying from Jeff Wyler again, nor would I ever refer them to friends or family. More
