Third car we have bought from this dealership. Very happy with the attention and care we received as well as with the cars. Staff did everything possible to accomodate our needs and preferences. 1) I was very serious about buying a Rogue and told the manager this directly. He really took the time to sit down and discuss my options, which I greatly appreciated. He said he would work out a great price and email me a quote. The manager ended up emailing me a monthly payment price 3 days later. After that, I emailed him twice asking for an out the door price with cost breakdown and didn't receive a response back, so I gave up on the dealership entirely. Very disappointing because the reviews of this dealership looked promising. 2) The salesman gave me a credit application to fill out and sign... when I told him I did not want them to run a credit report on me (because I wasn't 100% sure on buying from their dealership since I hadn't received a single price quote from them), he told me they would not be running the application and that it was just normal paperwork. Well... they definitely ran a credit report... which is frustrating because I didn't end up buying from them so that decreased my credit score (which isn't incredibly high to begin with because I'm a new college grad). 3) Drove from Indiana to visit this dealership because they offered a $25 gift card so I figured it was worth considering them if I could get a great price. I had to email the salesman three times before he finally emailed me the gift card. More

Actually, we were undecided as to the type of vehicle, we wanted, with the exception that it had to be GM. We had stopped in the KIA dealership, just to see what gift I had won, on the scratch off card received in the mail. We were immediately met by Raymond Richard. Raymond asked if we were looking for a new or used car, Jeanette told him that she was interested in New Cadillac, but uncertain as to what. Richard took us over the the Cadillac side, and introduced us to Brad Childers and Harold McPeek. Everyone in the dealership was so nice, and surprisely people not even involved with our deal, acknowledged us by saying "Good Morning". We had been at a GMC dealer earlier, and were not even approached by anyone to ask to help us, so we left and found our way to "King Richard". Raymond explained the options on the ATS, during the test drive, some that we were unaware of, even though we had checked the vehicles out on the internet. We were very impressed with Raymond. He made us feel as through our questions, no matter how small was important to him. The professionalism of Raymond Richard, Harold McPeek, Brad Childers and Selwyn Brown was great, and made us feel comfortable with the information that we were receiving. Was originally told that the mileage plus plan would cover "Preventive Maintenance" on my car, so I purchased it. I took my car to Wyler Honda in Colerain to have a timing belt and water pump replaced w cover "Preventive Maintenance" on my car, so I purchased it. I took my car to Wyler Honda in Colerain to have a timing belt and water pump replaced which is considered "Preventive Maintenance" on a Honda and was told it only covers IF the part is faulty or is about to be faulty. How can a belt be "about faulty" A belt either breaks or it doesn't, and in Hondas when the timing belt breaks that means its more than likely going to need a new motor. I would consider replacing that belt as "Preventive Maintenance" I was duped into paying an extra $2300 for a Mileage Plus plan because I was told it would cover the timing belt and water pump replacement. I originally set up an appointment with the service department at the dealership, where I was told a day later that the dealership didn't have the appropriate tools for the job. Really? So then they referred me to the Wyler Honda store on Colerain Ave where I immediately picked up my car, drove 20 minutes to Colerain for them to tell me whoever told me the Mileage Plus plan covered the timing belt and water pump are full of it. So, I drove all over the place inconveniently was told something different than what I was originally told by the dealership I purchased the vehicle from. More
