Mark Ancona listened to what we wanted in a new vehicle and delivered! Great car, great price, great deal! We were honestly just starting to look and bought at the first dealership that we visited. Mark Ancona was unique in that he did not pressure us and listened to all of our concerns. If we raised a valid concern about a vehicle's features or a deal he either conceded that we were correct or proved that we were wrong. Completely honest and realistic. The first transparent vehicle purchase either one of us has ever been involved in. We were looking for a high end import or SUV and bought a Nissan Altima 2.5 and could not be more pleasantly surprised with its performance, appearance and features. More

The employee that I had, Which was John Reed, Who helped me buy a 2013 Chevy Cruze, Gave us Excellent Customer Service. He pretty much treated us like family and so did the rest of the Jeff Wyler Fairfield team. I have already recommended to go to this dealership because of the great work they do and because of how friendly they are to everyone, Especially John Reed. I purchased a new 2013 Murano in August and drove in 2 rainstorms and did not feel safe. I did not have control of the vehicle. I have never had that feeling driving any other vehicle including my prev rainstorms and did not feel safe. I did not have control of the vehicle. I have never had that feeling driving any other vehicle including my previous 2006 Murano which I traded in. In November I went and bought 4 new Michelin tires so I could drive and feel safe on the roads. These new tires cost over $1000. The factory installed tires are ridiculous on a new vehicle that cost over $40,000. I contacted the sales manager at Jeff Wyler Nissan who said he would contact Nissan to see if they would compensate me for some of the new tire cost. To no surprise Nissan said no even though the sales manager said he thought they should have done something. I owned my 2006 Murano for many years and did not have any problems with it so I wanted a new Murano when it was time to buy a new vehicle. I am so sorry I did and had to pay an extra $1000+ to feel safe in it. This will be my last Nissan and last purchase from Jeff Wyler because I deserve better quality when I purchase a new vehicle. More
Wow! Bernard made me feel like I personally mattered to him. He didn't try to sell me a car, his goal was to bless me with quality transportation that would not leave me wanting. His knowledge of the vehicles is impeccable and his patience in making sure I understood everything was commendable. I was worried, frustrated, a little angry at times, and assuming disappointment; he helped me to be more at ease by his confidence and his determination not to let me be a dissatisfied customer. He failed at nothing. I drove home overjoyed not just because of the blessing that I was able to purchase, but also because of the way I was treated by Bernard....made me feel like he was my big brother wiping the dirt off my scraped knees and giving me a new scooter. I'm long winded so I'll shut up, now, but I could go on. His personality alone could empty that whole lot. If you need a car/truck/SUV, Bernard is your guy. I had a short time with Ryan. He also was very personable while being professional. He didn't waste any time while at the same time not rushing me. I must say that my experience at the dealership was more than pleasant. Jeff Wyler's Fairfield employees operate in excellence and I have decided that as long as I reside in this area, I will always purchase my cars from them. Even their mechanic (Rod) has a way of making you feel better about a repair. Rod is a very pleasant guy to work with. I'm sure, though, that because of the blessing I received in purchasing my vehicle, that I most likely won't see Rod for a while. But I might just peep in to say hello to him when I come in for maintenance service. More

First off the deal changed about 3 or 4 days after I bought the jeep, everything was all fine and good when we worked out the deal, the stereo system was going to be removed from my truck when I traded it in, which was no problem during the negotiations, but when my brother-in-law came to take it out 3 or 4 days later, he was told that the radio did go with the system, last time i checked the radio was part of the stereo system, especially 325 dollar after market radio, then I called and talked to the used car manager Doug, which i explained the problem to him, which he could not get me off the phone and back to Gary fast enough, Problem not solved I also asked for them to checked and see if there was second key to the jeep, this only took me calling back 3 times and about 2 weeks to find out no, so I asked if the dealership could help me out with paying for the key, I was told that he was not sure, that the dealership did not make any money on the sale, oh that's believable, so he gave me a number to the guy they use and fro me to get a price and call back and see if they would help pay for it, really nice after the sale service. In conclusion, at this point I have now already made my first payment, and figured to save time and aggravation , I'm going to just go have the key made and pay for it my self, and the radio is just a loss, next time everything is in writing, well there will not be a next time at this dealership More

We have went to several different dealership's trying to purchase a red Nissan Juke. Jeff wyler was the only dealership who would work with us. We wanted a red juke with the grey console. Great Experience I had been thinking about purchasing a Cadillac for some time, and came across a Wyler Ad in the Cincinnati Enquirer. They had several "demonstrator" I had been thinking about purchasing a Cadillac for some time, and came across a Wyler Ad in the Cincinnati Enquirer. They had several "demonstrator" Cadillacs at a very good price. I decided that I would go and see these cars and that is when I met John Reed. John was waiting at the door for me and greeted me very cordially. I explained to him what I was looking for and he took it from there. Eventually, I took a test drive at my convenience and was totally thrilled with the car that I drove. John was more than helpful in explaining all the features this car exhibited. I bought the car and was totally surprised to find that I also received an Apple IPad with the purchase of my ATS. I will see my new friend and visit when I need service. This was truly an awesome experience! More
