Mr. Bernard is a great LISTENER and aims to have satisfied customers. Professional and comforting, his profoundly contagious personality touched everyone who came into the show room while I was there. Detailed oriented, eager to please without being pushy, he made my experience a great one. I started our conversation explaining to Mr. Bernard what horrible experiences I have had since my search began Aug of 2013. I had actually resigned to purchasing a car as the salespersons that I have dealt with, had one agenda and that was to sell the car of their choice and not of mine. When explaining my concern, Mr. Bernard assured me that Jeff Wyler was not that kind of place. He said "we are here for the customer". Shortly after sitting at Mr. Bernards desk, I knew his statement to be true. His undivided attention was on me. He listened to what I wanted and took over from there. He produced exactly what I asked for without a hassle and I left the dealership knowing the important components of my new car and an assurance that I could contact him if I had any problems or concers. He really made me feel like he was apart of my team. Thank you Mr. Bernard and may God continue to Bless you with many more happy customer sales. :o) More

I had originally requested information online and Lori Slater responded to my inquiries. Unlike the other dealers that contacted me and basically said "call me", Lori sent pertinent information regarding financing, buying vs leasing, etc. I asked for her as soon as I got to the dealership and she was both informative and genuinely concerned about me from the test drive to driving the car off the lot. I would recommend Lori and the entire team at Jeff Wyler to anyone in the market for a car. More
