Detailed oriented, eager to please without being pushy, he made my experience a great one. I started our conversation explaining to Mr. Bernard what horrible experiences I have had since my search began Aug of 2013. I had actually resigned to purchasing a car as the salespersons that I have dealt with, had one agenda and that was to sell the car of their choice and not of mine. When explaining my concern, Mr. Bernard assured me that Jeff Wyler was not that kind of place. He said "we are here for the customer". I had originally requested information online and Lori Slater responded to my inquiries. Unlike the other dealers that contacted me and basically said "call me", Lori sent pertinent information regarding financing, buying vs leasing, etc. I asked for her as soon as I got to the dealership and she was both informative and genuinely concerned about me from the test drive to driving the car off the lot. I would recommend Lori and the entire team at Jeff Wyler to anyone in the market for a car. More
