Grateful for an Amazing experience My husband and I purchased a used vehicle and though the first didn't work out, we used the 3day/250 miles exchange. Unaware the vehicle contained smo My husband and I purchased a used vehicle and though the first didn't work out, we used the 3day/250 miles exchange. Unaware the vehicle contained smoke, the first vehicle, though we liked, had affected my husband. We worked directly with Sean Cheek and Greg Fails regarding our situation. From the first initial communication with Sean, we knew that they were here to make things work, out f a very genuine place. The entire team went above and beyond in assisting us with locating a replacement vehicle. You don't encounter too many dealers who care as much as those at Jeff Wyler. Our business will continue to come to them and I couldn't speak more highly of a group. Our experience although at first looked dim, based off of previous dealers policies, turned into a wonderful experience that showed there are genuine passionate people who aren't out to just "make a sale." I can't thank this team enough for all the help they're provided. Also! While we came in with financing on our own, Élan suggested we just try out their financing group, as it's usually much lower. I was hesitant as I was wondering if it was true. We agreed and amazingly, they came back nearly 4% less than our own group! Highly recommend this group! More

Such a funny yet professional After talking to him a few minutes explaining what we had in mind, I mentioned that we had gotten an E-mail from Jason Levy, Oh Chris said let me page him he may be at our KIA building. While we waited for Jason, Instead of Chris leaving us, he continued to discuss the Altima and its features. At a different dealership earlier in the day, we told the salesman who greeted us that we were their to see ????? and he said ok and left us waiting... But not Chris Patton. nope he visited with us and asked us what we were looking for in a new car??? When Jason came to see us, Chris backed off and Jason showed us several vehicles test drove a few,and explained to us that he was in fact new to Jeff Wyler.. We would have never know by the way he knew his way around cars. What a couple of terrific guys. Driving home we spoke about the friendliness, and how after shopping for cars over the last 48yrs, we have NEVER experienced salesmen like that before and all without pressure!!! Next day we went back and purchased our new Altima . Now who stepped up to the plate to explain the mechanics, Oh yea Chris Patton , he knows the interior electronic and helped Jason out. You guys are really team players in our book. More

John Reed completely out of line! I would like to start of by saying that today was by far the worst customer service experience of my life! I bought a 2013 vehicle from this individua I would like to start of by saying that today was by far the worst customer service experience of my life! I bought a 2013 vehicle from this individual and he verbally promised me to get some unwanted customization taken off so when I went back for my service he was short and to the point forgetting what he had told me about getting the customized striping. He never asked if I had made up my decision on what I wanted done. I told him I was partly to blame because I didn't get what he told me in writing. He proceeded to getting very angry yelling at me asking me if this is what I do. Do I go around beating up on people that he can't stand this throwing his hands up continuing yelling. I was extremely shocked almost on the verge of tears wondering what will happen to my vehicle now and if my children were ok in the building where he was going. I came right to the first associate I seen and briefly explained what happened and told him I needed a manager. He just grinned and nodded oh yeah he said like he knew exactly what I was talking about. Lastly I would like to say I did speak to the Manager Arif Samad and he assured me he would follow up with me and send he would send a gift card. I am glad I talked to him, not for the gift card but so this doesn't happen to anyone else. The service department ended up doing a great job explaining everything to me and I would like to say they were fantastic. I don't want to derail anyone from Jeff Wyler but beware of John Reed he will sweet talk you into doing a great rating for him then toss you to the side! I hope you really rethink before treating another human being like this. Thank you for taking the time to read this. More

I attribute most of the experience to Chris Patton, the sales representative who he I was very impressed with my sales experience at this dealership. I attribute most of the experience to Chris Patton, the sales representative who helped us decide upon and select a vehicle. Chris was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in (Nissan Altima). There was no question that we asked that he could not answer without having to look up the information. He provided excellent information without any high pressure sales techniques, and without putting down other vehicles that we were considering. He wanted us to get the best value for our money, even if it meant that we might buy a less expensive car. He provided excellent follow-up, both during and after the sales process. He spent considerable time explaining the features of the car, both before and after we purchased it. The car we purchased had lots of technical features, and he diligently demonstrated all of them, and followed up to be sure that we were able to implement what he had showed us. He gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the service and parts department staff. All were very friendly and congenial. He allowed us adequate time to test drive two different versions of the vehicle, without any pressure to buy either one. The purchase process itself went very well, with no real complications and with adequate information provided for us to make an informed decision. Signing of the papers went as well as these things can go, and the most important parts each document were pointed out to facilitate the signing process. Overall, I would recommend this dealership, and particularly Chris Patton without reservation. I plan to visit the dealership and hopefully work with Chris again when it is time for me to purchase another vehicle. More
