My wife found a car she liked on the internet at Jeff Wyler Kia. I was apprehensive but I went with her to look at the car. We worked with Elan Mousa and he was outstanding! There was no pressure. He took us around the lot and we looked at several cars and then he stepped away as we made our decision. This was a totally different experience than I was used to. We received a great car at a fair price. After the sale, there were a couple of dings that needed to be fixed and Elan made sure that happened. All of the people there are friendly and make sure you feel welcome and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I would highly recommend this dealership and Elan is the best! More

Elan Mousa knows his cars and he is very helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Elan helped me find the car I wanted and and a great price. And even though I walked in with a great pre-approved loan at a low rate, Elan still managed to shave a percentage off the dealer rate to be more competitive. I love my car and all of its many features. It would have been overwhelming, but Elan made sure I understood everything. I am very pleased with my car and strongly recommend this dealership. More

We had worked with another salesman from the Jeff Wyler Eastgate location that pointed us to the Fairfield location for the 2 cars to look into. Harold worked with us in completing the deal on the Cadillac we choose and let us know he would take care of working with the other salesperson from the Eastgate location. He was great at going over the features of the car, both interior and exterior, which made me feel comfortable in understanding how it all worked before I even left the lot. He also walked me through the service website and gave me a tour of the facilities. I truly thank him for the time he took informing me of all that was offered at the Cadillac facility. More

Real Service Still Exists in this Electronic World I did not buy on my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd visit. Bernard Caldwell was my rep and each time I showed up he focused on what I told him I wanted. I received periodic emails but it didn't feel like pressure. He knew I wanted a car but that the decision needed to be mine. I bought a car I absolutely love and never felt sold. The support team was excellent all the way down to the guy who eventually was going to clean out my old car once it was empty. I even received a little help unloading. The service was over and beyond. The selection was great. My experience was outstanding and I would recommend Bernard and Jeff Wyler to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. Thank You Bernard and Jeff Wyler! The only thing that would have made my experience any better would have been if my car was FREE!!!!! More
