He set up a time for me to meet with a tech specialist who took the time to go through the process of all the features of the car. Beware of the misleading advertising on website After review of ad on website stating vehicle was Certified, sitting down with 2 salesman who also stated certified. We made an offer, signed it, the finance manager then came out of his office says he’s sorry the website was misleading and both salesman were wrong and one was “new” and he would need to add $998 for the certification. He would not honor the advertised price, which included the certification. Come on Eric, own a mistake of your salesman. No excuse for not honoring the ad on your website. He then offered to come down on the price $400, but said still had to buy the $998 certification that it wasn’t included. Really? We may have maybe met somewhere in the middle until he blamed every piece of process touched by Wyler and kept stating how they were losing $ on the deal. This is how you do business? It wasn’t the $998 that made us walk away. You lost a deal over not doing the right thing. Disappointing. More

I financed one vehicle and had three hard inquiries. I have financed several cars from different dealers and have NEVER had three hard inquiries for a single vehicle. I didn’t realize this until I checked my credit report. I called the dealer to inquire and was told by mamangement that was standard (it’s not).The unfortunate part is they did not seem a bit concerned and refused to remove two of the three inquiries. I need to purchase two more vehicles and I will NOT be buying them from Fairfield Nissan. More

Disappointing. I purchased a new vehicle on August 28th; leading up to the deal was not a smooth process, but they seemingly were giving the best pricing so I contin I purchased a new vehicle on August 28th; leading up to the deal was not a smooth process, but they seemingly were giving the best pricing so I continued. Unfortunately, this became worse when I did not receive the title paperwork needed to register my vehicle within the 45 day Temp Tag expiration. I reached out to Nick Carr 2 weeks prior to the expiration on the tags, and was told this was being processed. I even sent an e-mail to their GM Mike Jasper, who has YET to respond to my e-mail sent 8 days ago. On day 45, I decided to file a complaint with the OH Attorney Generals office. The OH Attorney General was able to get a new Temp Tag called in so I could drive legally, but at my expense. The dealership was kind enough to tell me they would pay for my ticket if I was pulled over, but did not contact me to offer a loaner or to provide the dealer tags they had once mentioned. On day 52 I have finally received my title paperwork so I can register the vehicle. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience and will not return to a Jeff Wyler dealership in the future. More

Wool Pulled Over My Eyes Unfortunately, I just learned that my salesperson, Tara Barnett, pulled a Bait and Switch on me and artificially inflated my car price by $2,000. And perhaps all the sales people at Jeff Wyler Fairfield don't operate like that, but buyer beware... Through deception and double talk, Tara was able to extort an additional $2,000 from me, right under my nose. More
