Poor customer service I've given this dealership several changes but from the very first time they just aren't up to Cadillac standards . I have a Cadillac SRX and a Escala I've given this dealership several changes but from the very first time they just aren't up to Cadillac standards . I have a Cadillac SRX and a Escalade ,I've always taken them to Thompson MacConnell which offer spectacular service but because I live closer to Jeff Wyler I decided to give them a try. First of all I always made appointments for my services I had one for a oil change I was there for two hours so something that shouldn't have taken that long, next time they broke something off our tires on the Escalade while it was there for oil change and they didn't want to take responsibility for it( they eventually did) , and lastly on my SRX the tire had a slow leak so my husband took it to another place just to have it checked out while there technician notice that the tires were put on wrong , I have different size tires on the front from back now Jeff Wyler was the last place I'd taken my car so I called them and talk to Joe and he did inform me that they had given me a wheel alignment which was part of an offer I had purchased I told him what had happened and he told me to bring it the car back but when I called my husband back the other place was already changing them around with a charge I called Joe back to ask for a reimbursement he told me I had to talk to the original service person who had helped me,now I'm at a Cadillac dealership I expect top of the line service Joe seemed so in bothered by what had happened I felt like he could have taken the money off the service that I had just paid for. I'm a business owner and I would always trip to make sure my clients r 100% satisfied not to mention that was a huge mistake. I feel like when u have a luxury car u expect more than the average service , I have Mercedes also and when I go to their dealer just to get a battery for my key fob they treat me like I'm buying a new car and so does Thomson MacConnell. My lesson is just because something is closer doesn't mean it better u may have to diver alittle farther for what you want and if you do go to Jefff Wyler run if u get Joe he is awful! More

poor, lack customer service...Crooks!!!!!!!!! Always charge outrageous prices. Takes you for a lot more than what is asked for. Break parts and expect customer to pay for what they broke. A JOKE!! My car is now paid off and I guarantee I WILL NOT PURCHASE A NEW ONE FROM THIS PLACE. They sure know the words I don't know, not let me find out because I don't know the answer to that. I'm being asked to pay almost $300 for what they broke trying to change a light bulb. When someone else fixed this under 8 minutes. So unprofessional and lacks so much in the customer service aspects...WWWWWOOOOOWWWW! I also left a individual my number to call to schedule this $300 work to be done, no phone call. Good thing the kindness of someone decided to help me and take care of . Guess I don't need KIA again. I'm done with this awful place, I'm truly sorry for those that have to deal with this service department. More
Lies... very sad and unprofessional I talked to several in sales over 3 days to purchase a car. They told me it was available. They confirmed my appointment the morning of. I told them I would be there at 8am and they told me to come in at 10am so they could have their morning meeting. When I got there I was first informed the car had been sold earlier that day at 10 am. It wasn’t even 10am yet. Then they told me it had a dent and was gone because it had to be taken somewhere else. Then they showed it to me on the lot. Then a girl walked out and they said she just bought it. Then they told me it was sold the night before. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to purchase the vehicle. To top all of that off at the end of our trip they said they’d fill our car up with gas for the trip, took the keys and gave them back without even doing that. I don’t understand this customer service AT ALL. An hour later I get an email thanking me for coming in with other cars they have available. The top car IS THE ONE I JUST TRIED TO BUY! Unbelievable. Good on anyone who had a good experience but I just don’t understand that service at all. Would love to get ahold of an owner or someone toward the top to report this very serious and unprofessional behavior. You just don’t waste people’s time like that and lie over and over. That’s not how you run a successful business. More

This place is crooked!!!! And they lie alot! If you are looking to buy a new car definitely do not go to Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield!!!!! Although Chris and Jay (salesman) are extremely nice and fun If you are looking to buy a new car definitely do not go to Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield!!!!! Although Chris and Jay (salesman) are extremely nice and fun to work with, unfortunately, you have to deal with the finance guy Nick and whoever the guy is that you sign all the papers with. And don't even try to deal with the manager there, he is no where in sight and you are told he is not there just to find out was there the whole time. He is extremely unprofessional!!!! I saw him rolling his eyes about us as Nick was entering the office telling him of our problem then he gets on the phone and goes outside where I was standing and talking ABOUT us to his boss and saying we were irrational and blah blah blah. This guys is a joke and extremely unprofessional. Do not tell me everything is one way, then write up the papers another way. They tried switching the signer and co-signer, then lied to us about our payment wouldn't be due for 45 days, when we find out it is due in 30 days (found that out 3 weeks later) Was told the wrong amount of the rebate by 2,500.00 when looking at the car. Then you go back to sign the paperwork and are completely rushed through the whole entire process with no explanation of really what we are signing and no time to read through any of it. Then the next day I was called to say they forgot to have us sign and initial some papers, maybe that wouldn't happen if you weren't rushing us through it. The sales guys are really nice and need to go work for a dealership that is credible. Not lying about the whole entire process and then screwing with your credit on top of everything!!!!!!!!! More
Very irritated returning customer. I went in to buy what would have been my fourth Kia from this dealer. Knowing around what my credit score is and my new job status, after I test drove I went in to buy what would have been my fourth Kia from this dealer. Knowing around what my credit score is and my new job status, after I test drove the Trunk, I asked Brian not to run any hard inquires on my credit but to just ask the finance people the likely hood of me getting a loan when I just switched jobs, and see where I may stand. Brain then comes back 20 mins later and says they cant do it. Today I get a credit monitor alert. That I have 6 hard inquires on my report. I am so beyond pissed and unfortunately I can not undo them. SO JEFF WYLER and especially BRIAN. I suggest that you listen to your customer, not only have you lost this loyal customer of 15 plus years, I will make sure to never send business your way again. More

This place sucks. if i could give this place 0 stars I would. This place sucks xxx. Went there on the 19th of July to purchase a new car. Spoke with Tara. She made my husband and I wait there for over 4 hours & didn't even leave with the car and was told I would get a phone call the next day. The next day comes around and its the afternoon and still no phone call. Called & texted Tara her response was "I am not at work I will have someone call you" no one called in over an hour and half. I called and spoke to 3 different people. finally got and answer. We came in that night and waited another 2 hours and got the new Kia Optima with sales rep Brian Landers. It was dark and raining that night so the next day the 21st I get out of my car and my husband notices scratches on the front bumper and around the car. They didn't even check the vehicle before they sold it to me. Had to drive another 45mins for the 3rd time to take my BRAND NEW car back for them to have it for a week. When bringing my car in Tara stated "for your troubles I will make sure you get a full tank of gas after they fix the scratches plus another full tank of gas to come back and get anytime" They fixed the scratches and supposedly fixed a tire that had a nail in it that was "un-repairable".When I came to pick my car up they never told me about the tire. I had to came back a few days later (another 45min drive one way) for a low pressure tire in the tire they "supposedly" fixed. I called Tara about the tire and she made me feel stupid like I didn't know how to put air in my tires and explained it to me like I was a 5 year old. I am not stupid I know what it means when the tire pressure is low. When I got there for the tire they gave me trouble about a loaner car and ended up giving me one and told me to fill up the tank when I brought it back (which I did) and then when I get in my car I didn't even have a full tank. This place is messy and all over the place. My father and I got hung up on multiple times. Mind you Tara argued with me in front of other customers about the free tank of gas for me driving up there 4 different times 45mins one way. She claimed she never said anything about the free tank of gas, but I have 3 witnesses that were there with me that day that heard her say that. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I pray they don't screw anyone else over like this. They are so slow and they drag their feet in anything they do, They are rude, disrespectful and I refuse to take my car back there. They will lie to you saying you get something when you don't, they say they will call you back & they won't. They are a bunch of ignorant xxxxxxxx that don't deserve a job. They took out the excitement of buying a new car and turned it into a horrible experience. More
