Thanks to google to share my experience with people who is trying to business with this dealer, do not shop with them. I was looking for a vehicle almost from few weeks and went to couple places but never found a good one which I am exactly looking for. “Samantha Pena” (Introduced me as a Holly, she seemed nice) is the salesperson who was assisted me. First of all, when I reached to this place, they keep me waited couple of minutes. After I met her, she tried to take all my details, and told me this is just for records. So I gave all my details including all my past history and my salary deatils( employment and living address details), when she asked all these details I was strictly told her do not run credit check since I have already loan approved with my bank. It’s Saturday, so usually pretty busy but still she tried to do business with me and other customers parallelly So, I was particularly told that I am looking for only Cadillac CT6 or XT5(2018) and specifically told my budget as well. She showed me two cars, so I test drove both the cars and liked XT5 Platinum and asked the final numbers to match my budget. She checked with her manager and came up with the total payoff balance. Their bill is almost exceeded $6,000+ on my budget. I asked couple of adjustments, but it’s still more than my budget (nearly $4800, remember $2000 is just for Cadillac certification). So, I told them I am willing to go $2000 over my budget and willing to pay that $2k is down payment. She took my signature to close the deal. She went to her manager and come back that we are not able to match this number, you try to go loan with us so you will be able to beat your bank rate. So, Again, I strictly told he do not run my credit check. She promised me that we don’t do that. And came up with 4.5% interest rate for 60 months. My bank was giving me 2.25% rate for 65 months, which is double their rate and less months. I immediately got two notifications from the credit bureau that I got 2 hard enquiries; this is where I completely upset with them. I did not give a permission to run a credit check, but they did without my concern (she specifically promised me that it will not go a hard enquiry), and this report will stay almost 2 years on my name, it is clearly comes under identity theft. I will go and report on this to my credit bureau. When you hardly working to maintain your credit score and they simply damage it without your concern how do you feel. What if I simply drove their car without their permission? Doesn’t it come under theft? Think about their lies. Never ever give your personal information unless you know your final deal. I have spent almost 4 and half hours at this place and came out with 2 bad enquiries on credit report without my permission. ******Not impressed. Very disappointing experience. Beware with them before you are giving all your information!!!!**** Jeff Wyler Kia is not a good place I will give negative rating if I have an option. More

I purchased my new 2020 Cadillac XT6 this past weekend. Brian, Cedric and Selwyn made the process the best I have ever had and I buy cars every 36 months on average. This is my second Cadillac and I originally was going to purchase a 2020 Explorer Platinum from a different dealer (we had been going back and forth on my trade for days) when Brian "checked back with me" to see if I was in the market. When I told him where I was in the process, what I was interested in from Cadillac, and what I wanted for my trade, he and Cedric went to work. We negotiated the deal over email and phone in approx. 2 hours. Then I went to see the vehicle, fell in love, they honored the deal and I am one happy Cadillac owner and I hate the car buying process. These guys are literally the BEST and they are upfront. Ask for this team when you want a Cadillac in OH. More

I went to Jeff wyler kia i talked with a sales man i beloved his name was David i was there roughly about 3 hours and when grew came back to me he gave me the wrong info so i left immediately got a phon beloved his name was David i was there roughly about 3 hours and when grew came back to me he gave me the wrong info so i left immediately got a phone call after i left he told me that he was a new salesman and didn't know what he was doing so then i talked with meguiel and i believe the other salesman was named Conrad not sure on that name but they said they didn't have what i was looking for on the lot at that time but that they would call someone that knew all of their inventory and would call call me back it has been almost 3 weeks now and no one had called me back if this is the way you do business business then i will go somewhere else if you say you will call then you should call no matter what the news is good or bad you should not just leave people wondering More
We were lied to and ghosted after a $23 suv purchase. The sales person Tony Wallace told us that our interest rate and monthly payment which was way different than what the fine print said. When we got it home the car was not cleaned out and had used tissues and sucker in the back! which is a covid-19 risk. The liftgate will not open all the way and the radio and clock keeps resetting it'self because there is no SD card in that should have been in it. We have reached out every day since date of purchase 8/15/2020 and noone will return our calls or text messages even though prior to purchase they were blowing us up. The service dept got in touch with Tony about our sd card and he said they wont cover that either. He is obviously available but wont return our calls. It has been 5 days, no excuses to justify this. We have been ghosted after a $23k purchase! I highly suggest never doing business with Jeff wyler in fairfield. Furthermore I would be very careful going there right now as no one is properly wearing their face masks. We filed a BBB complaint and while doing so saw that the have an F rating which after our experience I am not surprised. If they take this suv back I will be happy to recant my reviews that I am making online everywhere that I can in hopes to save other people from the headache and unfair ghosting that we have recieved. Bought a 2019 Kia from Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield Ohio. At 15,450 miles the driver front axle separated from the transmission and left me a sitting duck for a semi headed straight towards me. After paying $75 for the tow to Jeff Wyler Kia service department. I then had to spend an extra $50 for a rental. I had no updates about what happened to my vehicle only a call from the service department saying your vehicle is ready for pickup. They put a remanufactured transmission in my car. Which is not new by far for a warranty job. Then the next day after my car was completed I had a funeral to go to for a close family friend. Jeff Wyler Kia service department cancelled my rental I got from them. So I ended up spending an extra $100 out of my pocket for a warranty job. Contacted the service manager about getting my money back. Still haven’t heard from them till this day. So buyers be weary about going to Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield for your service needs. I tried to email him about it and got a form to cancel it, turned it back in, and haven't heard a word. Reached out to the manager and got in contact with another financial advisor to fill out the same form. Did that, still haven't heard a word. I know people have businesses to run but it shouldn't be too much to ask a simple question multiple times and get an honest answer. RIDICULOUS! More

Took 3 weeks (after 5 calls) to get the key fab they forgot to give her that they promised would go out the next day. Has taken her 5-6 calls to get the required title info so that she can get her plates and they still have not come through......Really awful More
