He was NOT the person who sold me the car (there were two other individuals involved) but he was the one who delivered the c Mr. Reed was phenomenal! I totally understand the concept of teamwork and Mr. Reed was more than gracious and never spoke an unflattering word about his co-workers. From a customer service perspective, it was a bit disheartening that my salesperson was not there to deliver the car. I felt like the sale was made so good-bye. I am certain that was NOT the message intended, but that is how I felt. Mr. Reed was so professional yet personable that I was thrilled he was the person to deliver the car! Mr. Reed took his time with me, making sure I understood and was comfortable with even the smallest details! His attention to my needs, especially those related to personal safety features was incredible. I bought a new Kia in 2006 and a new Honda 2016 CRV in March 2016. The delivery just gets better and better with each car! Mr. Reed is a true professional and I am sharing his contact information with all my friends and professional colleagues! I worked with Mr. Brown on the sale of my Kia and he is still the professional, friendly person he was 10 years ago! He made it easy and comfortable to spend my money!!! More
