NOT a Good Experience Went to dealership to ask for an appraisal on my existing Kia, in preparation for purchase of a new 2016/2017 Kia. After time spent at dealership, I w Went to dealership to ask for an appraisal on my existing Kia, in preparation for purchase of a new 2016/2017 Kia. After time spent at dealership, I was finally given a price range for my car. Used car manager ask me if the price range was what I thought it should be? And, started to discuss price of purchasing a new Kia. After I told him, I wasn't interested in purchasing a new Kia that day, and only wanted to know the appraised value of my Kia so I could prepare a budget for purchasing a new Kia, he seemed to get upset and asked me if the price range quoted for my car was in my expected range? After repeated attempts to explain to him that I only wanted to know the price range for my car and didn't answer his question about price that I expected, he got aggressive with me and called me Confrontational. I told him I didn't have a price in mind because I had not completed any research and was planning to buy a new Kia but wanted wanted to know how much I could get for my existing car before making a decision. This word confrontational started to bothered me, as I was only attempting to get information to help make an informed decision. I spoke with the sales manager and complained about being called confrontational. Sales manager said he would speak to the used car manager and said they were not in the business of appraising cars, as I understood this and only wanted information to help make an informed decision before purchasing a new car. More

Excellent Buying Experience My wife and I studied heavily our options for a new SUV. It took a while to get toexploring Nissan Nissan, but when we did it was a great decision. As My wife and I studied heavily our options for a new SUV. It took a while to get toexploring Nissan Nissan, but when we did it was a great decision. As soon as we walked into Jeff Wyler Nissan in Fairfield, OH the very favorable and supportive experience began. We were gently asked if we had any questions about the Nissan SUVs by the sales person. We do not like to feel pressured, so the approach suited us nicely. We took considerable time comparing models, and Roy Rivera, the sales rep, was very patient and gave us all the time we needed to consider as many aspects of the different models as we could. We finally settled on the Murano, and even then we had many questions. Mr. Rivera answered our questions and remained totally supportive, never putting pressure on us in any respect. This is the main reason we didn't go to another Nissan dealer to make comparisons. When it was apparent that we were serious about the Murano, we met the sales manager, Tania. She was very friendly and made it clear she would make every possible to effort to earn our business. My wife and I were convinced of her sincerity and decided that we would have no problem working with her and Roy Rivera during the negotiation phase. We are very pleased with the buying experience, with all of the staff at Jeff Wyler Nissan, and especially with our new Murano SL. We would not hesitate to send anyone we know to Jeff Wyler Nissan, and we would absolutely recommend they ask for Roy Rivera, who was professional in every aspect. More
