I stopped into the dealership on a busy Saturday afternoon to I'd like to recognize Jon Bowles (sales consultant) for his excellent customer service. I stopped into the dealership on a busy Saturday afternoon to learn about/test drive a Nissan Rogue to be used as a fleet vehicle. Even though the vehicle would be ordered directly from the manufacturer through my fleet company and there was no financial incentive for Jon or the dealership, he took time to answer all my questions about the vehicle and the Nissan brand. It has been my exerience (with other brands/dealers) that as soon as I mention I am looking at a ordering a fleet vehicle, that it is difficult to get any sales reps to assist me. This is not the case with Jon. Thank you for your time, assistance, and professionalism. More

Very disappointed in service I called on a Friday to make a appt for service on my Cadillac. They gave me a spot for Monday morning. I asked if I could drop it off on Sunday was t I called on a Friday to make a appt for service on my Cadillac. They gave me a spot for Monday morning. I asked if I could drop it off on Sunday was told that was fine. The vehicle was idling rough and has a metal clacking noise in the front. At around 3 I called to check on my vehicle and was told it woul be in to service in about a hour or so. Well 2 days later after no calls I called again. Said they had problems finding out the problem finally got the master mechanic and he diagnosed it as the bolts from the drive shaft had backed out of the transmission. ( apparently a lot of people have had this according to reviews on Internet ). During this conversation I had asked if they could check out my navigation , it can't find places that have been there for 20 plus years. He said sure no problem. They also said they couldn't duplicate the rough idle so it should be ready later. So still no phone call, I call back in on Saturday morning only to be transferred to the service dept 4 times and the phone would ring for awhile then someone would pick it up and hang up. This went on for 6 min. Finally just went out to pick up my car without ever speaking to anyone. When I got there a very nice lady was at the service desk said she was filling in that day and she would get my car that it looked like it was ready. When she returns with my car she acknowledged that she could feel the rough idle herself from driving it from service to garage. This was the second time I have had my car in this shop , the first time I was very impressed they found a issue wrong with it that I hadn't ask them to check out, which ment thru had really checked out the car over and beyond my original problem. This time was a total disaster. My car still idles rough and the clacking noise is still there now it has a strange feeling in the steering , after they said they aligned it. Very dissatisfied Also apparently checking the navigation wasn't ever done there wasn't anything written down about that at all. More

Additionally she was extremely knowledgeable of the cars amenities which allowed me to balance my needs versus wants. Additionally, Erin Whitehead who is the Service lead is also amazing.
